Towing

Lousy service and outrageous prices

Quick response time, reasonable rate and fantastic customer service. With a longer tow to north of Barrie, after a breakdown on the 400 ,the driver even stopped at a rest stop to allow me a washroom visit. 👍 And offered a complimentary bottle of water to ease the stress and shock after a high anxiety situation. 👍

My car broke down coming back from the cottage. Needed immediate assistance and the owner sent out a tow truck asap. The tow for 150Km away was priced affordably, and the service from Dave was second to none! Thanks again for the great service

Not responsible service. Hire someone else.

Amazing towing service who get the job done. I wouldn’t call anybody else thanks david..*****

the guy behind the desk, old guy, Feroz i think his name is - is extremely rude. I was sitting in the waiting area, and its disgraceful how he talks to customers. People coming in who are very nice hes rude to for no reason. I heard him telling 1 customer so proudly that he was rude to the mayor of Brampton.... not sure what caused him to be like this, maybe he was abused as a child? not sure, anyways, never returning to this shop again. there are much better options out there!

Very helpful people ! Advised me the problem on phone rather than charging - I would certainly recommend him for business

amazing service bettter than everyone else

Recently got stranded in Toronto very late Sunday night with battery issues. Not that old and no damage but would not take a charge or even a boost, and nowhere to buy a new one that late in the eve. I don't remember the tow drivers name but he was exceptional, arrived in 15minutes, was very courteous and helpful, and even though it was a long trek, there was bad traffic and a road closed due to an accident; he made amazing time all the way out to the kawartha's. Thank you for saving the night, you guys are awesome ;)

Fast service , fair price and a decent guy ! What more do you want ? Thanks Gill

Terrible customer service. Was just asking about my car that I couldnt find and was given attitude and an unwillingness to help or care about our situation over the phone. Stay away!

Nice guy, independent shop, helped me out for a no-start at a reasonable rate.

Great service, very polite guy ! Thank you Fred :)
