very nice people...was treated professionaly..been with them for years...dont even have a car but my membership gives me so many other bonuses including emergency help with my bicycle...very satisfied customer😉😁

Horrible place. Guy working the front desk (if you’ve been here you know his name ) threatened us, swore, was rude. Charged 235$ for towing exactly 3 minutes away. When we asked for the break down he snapped. Then threatened us. When we told the manager she told us this is how he deals with everyone. This place is unprofessional, disgusting and have zero customer service which is what it says on their website. “ customer service driven” after reading all the reviews I see that what we experienced is the same as many. A very aggressive, ill tempered, unprofessional group of individuals. The only nice one was the guy who let me out of the gate. Don’t go here alone. Have someone come as a witness.

Its been 2 months we made a deal still hasent shown up and wont answer phone calls

Got a uhaul stuck in the snow, on a hill in the middle of pretty much nowhere according to the rest of the world. Guys showed up, quoted us a price and pulled us out. A couple mishaps and a billing communication breakdown were easily fixed in talking with who i believe was the manager. A small business who is honest, reliable and easy to work with when things get mixed up. Would gladly do business with again. You wouldnt want to chose anyone else.

Good experience,owner was responsive and did a great job, I hit a deer and had mangled some of the front of my car.I had earlier had some scuff marks on unrelated (to deer attack)fender and bumper and they took care of that too. Kept me updated and gave me very suitable courtesy vehicle for my business needs. Thanks for great job Guys

Got towed away when I parked at Boucherie school in a reserved stall. Was mad at first. Showed up and they treated me well and the bill was fair. Even worked with me as I am a student and don't have a ton of moola. Good crew at Deloro.

We are quite happy overall with our trailer. It tows great behind my Harley and sets up in minutes. It doesn't hold as much cargo as they try to let on though. You definitely need the front pod and the underneath storage area. It seems to throw grease out of the hubs all over the wheels which I hope will stop after we get a few more miles on it. I like the way everything is Fiberglas. The inside stays dry and when you open it the bed is already made up so if the weather is bad your inside right away. I have no regrets purchasing this trailer and highly recommend it over a lot of the other units we looked at. The company was great to deal with and the trailer arrived when promised with no mistakes or glitches.

My car broke down just outside of Hope and Gord was incredible. He was efficient, friendly, helped us figure out what the problem was and towed us exactly where we wanted to go.
