My car started making terrible sounds on the front driver side while I was doing a road trip through the Okanagan. Called CAA (as I have a membership) to get it towed, they towed it to this BCAA and they checked it over. They had it for 4 hours and had it back to me fully functioning. From the moment I called to the moment they gave me back my keys they were incredibly professional and kind. The lovely lady that worked there gave me a lift to the beach during her lunch break to wait with my family until it was ready. Honestly one of the best car experiences I’ve had to date. Thank you so much!

Jason is a great business owner, very responsive and professional. The work at his shop is top notch...they know all vehicles and how to mount the right hardware. They have done electrical work on our hitch (Sante Fe) and I purchased a swagman rack from them as well....no issues, very happy with the service.

This towing company takes advantage of woman. I know they work with chase RCMP to get extra buisness and unnecessarily tow people for unreasonable situations. They are rude and charged all kinds of made up fees......$900.00 total for forgetting your license at home. This is ridiculous. How much are they giving the RCMP. I dont give any stars but wont let me post other wise.

Excellent service. They always treat us well and our vehicles got top notch service. If you have a 6.0L diesel they are the ones to take it to.

I got a bunch of free furniture needed to move it fast, drove to uhaul in summerland to ask if i needed a credit card, they said no. YAY! Got a rental in 5 mins and left to do all my errands, and got it back in 24 hours! super awesome service.

If i could give no stars i would, poor service.poor attitude.didnt show up when they said they would,then refused to tow.made all sorts of excuses.use their competition

I wish they would be honest about the towing. I've seen them do food towing and bad towing. I've lost a few cars
