They have an extremely ghetto unprofessional clerk. This business will go down the drain based on the operator's attitude. Stop hiring ghetto people

Found this company off google , had a major break down outside the city , called them to get a quote, there charges were very fair , I had told them what car I was a driving , (1967Cougar) and they sent out an appropriate truck for this car , on arrival the tow truck operator was very polite , and took care of the situation , the operator went out of his way to make sure the car was safe and secured on the truck , as well as cautiously loading it , I personally have them saved in my phone now for when I need this service again.

This Company has been a vendor of mine for last 11 years - we would give them 10 starts if we could. Amazing people, amazing customer service...Dispatch deserves a whole new award! Would come highly recommended!

Rip off guys

Worst experience ever, these guys are so UNPROFESSIONAL. They literally hang up the phone on you before you can finish you sentence. They also lost my key and saying they never had it. Bunch of unprofessional theives.

Great Service. I called to get a Tow to Canadian Tire from my drive way for a change of tire. He quoted me, but then asked if i had a spare which i did. So, he said he can come and change it for me and it’s cheaper. I called around before him and no other company offered that and i wasn’t aware they even offered that service. What honesty!!!! and he was here in 15 minutes. If i could offer 10 stars i would. THANK YOU
