Towing

Called to have my truck towed, and wasn't in a hurry as I have an alternate vehicle, but Nathan fit me in the same evening so I didn't have to take any time off work. Excellent, friendly service that I highly recommend!

Great service and rates. Not a rip off like some of these companies that haul cars from an auction

The staff were great I had access to my car right away good place

The crew was experienced, efficient and very caring of me and my vehicle. Would recommend for sure !!

Your phone # that is listed is my personal cell #. Please change it because you've missed over a dozen calls last week, because I'm getting them, not you!

I had a good experience I broke down in St Albert the driver was quick getting to me at 2am. My vehicle is lowered I asked for a flatdeck and the guy was great, diddnt scrape the bumper once. Ive had some bad experiences with guys scraping my bumpers all up or waiting forever for them to come so I felt compelled to write a review. The driver Allso asked me what was wrong with the car like another reviewer experienced. I'm assuming this was to speed up the process and to let the driver know of any major problems that arnt aparent at first glance to him.

We had our car not start and park and fly Jan 1st coming home from our vacation, service was so good and quick, We had Nick which was a very well mannered gentlemen, he was efficient and very likeable, he made out night a little brighter, we will use this company again anytime..Keep up the good work Nick..

We called this towing company when our trailer broke down and had already waited over an hour and a half for cliffs. Called them and they informed us that the guy was in the truck and on his way. 2 hours later He never showed up and cliffs finally did. This toe truck company and cliffs is an absolute joke. Use anyone but them!

the woman who answers the phone is so stupid.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. If you need anything related to a tow truck then this is your spot!

A driver frm City Wide was doing a police recovery in my alley at 2am last night. It took more than an hour and he had his back-up alarm engaged the entire time, keeping the entire neighborhood awake. I called the dispatch office and spoke to Amanda, who said that since he was there with the police there was nothing she could do since this was normal procedure. Common sense would dictate that he merely exercise some self-awareness and turn off his alarm, but I suppose that you don't care about being self-aware when you rely upon a robust contact with the city whilst showing no concern for it's citizens. It's unfortunate that our taxes pay for that...

rude on the phone. no patience at all then hung up on me.

Prompt and reasonable price.
