First class operation, very professional service from a small town business. Owner is the most honest tow truck operator I have ever met.

The two guys in the store were nice and helpful. As for the the guys in the back I'd have to say that they do good work. Recommended

Disappointed in the lack of customer service.

Was stuck in citi plaza parking lost last night because the anti theft system on my car was activated and the battery drained out. These guys came in less than 10 mins and gave a jump start to my car. These guys are awesome. Got 10% discount as well.

Needed a uhaul trailer last minute. Quick simple pickup. Great people to deal with.

On my way to work this loud clunking and grinding noise was coming from under my car. Was thinking that it was my CV joint. Called Mc Caffreys at 7AM, and they said they'd do there best to squeeze it in today. Tow truck arrived a half hour later and I expected to hear from them near the end of the day. 2 hours later they called to tell me that a nut from the link kit in the front suspension was loose, that they had tightened It, road rested it and everything was ok. I had just moved to the province and had my vehicle safety tested at Canadian tire Belleville the week previous. They had replaced the same link kit as part of the work they said had to be performed to verify the safety of the vehicle....... Excellent, honest service. Thank you for fixing the work poorly performed by Canadian Tire

Locked my keys in my van. This gentleman came in 20 minutes and charged very reasonably! Should this happen again, which it will, I'll be calling him. Super kind and personable man.

Was promised a truck for the morning. Went to pick up. No truck. They booked a truck and sent me to brighton only to find out that there was in fact no truck for me there. After a long call to the u-haul customer service people i was sent back here and still have no truck. The actual u-haul people arent even there. They have the people from the towing company doing the work for them. Though the tow truck drivers themselves have told me they have no idea what they're doing. So now. Thanks to the incompetence of this location. And at this point u-haul itself. I have no truck and no idea what I'm doing to get my stuff moved by the end of the month.

Steve fixed up my Envoy so my rear window would stay intact. GM should of took more care into making the Envoy & Trailblazers!
