Great service this a.m. provided by Jacob Orr on a very warm day. Our vehicle wouldn't start, he provided a quick assessment, and towed it to our requested business of choice. Jacob even dropped me to my home, (5 minutes away), so that I was able to return and pick up my husband and family pet Leo. Thank you again.

Do Not Call Penn Automotive for anything! They take advantage of people when vulnerable. They are being called by police when other more reputable companies are closer to the accident scenes. They have had lawsuits against them by Insurance Companies. They are getting away with charging Insurance rates to private consumers. Stop this local corruption once and for all! Our son was charged $830.55 for a tow call that was made by the police when his stolen car was found. He was never once asked if he had CAA, nor was he given the choice of tow companies. Our calls were ignored by OPP and by Penn Automotive when we were very clear that they were not to tow our sons car. You should be embarassed and not be able to sleep at night.

They fixed my wife's car and they did a really nice job. The car had some corrosion problem. Took them only few days and the price was better than anyone else estimated. If I will have simular car problem, I definitely will see them first

I bought 2 pickups here last year and had a bunch of work done on one of my other pickups too. These people bend over backwards to please you and the quality of repairs is excellent. I would highly recommend this company for either a vehicle repair or purchase. They stand behind their work as I found out when I had a rear end problem after I bought one of the pickups. They quickly repaired it free of charge without me even asking them to cover it. Very friendly staff.

Stayed at the marina one night while traveling West on Lake Erie. Friendly staff, docks were in excellent condition. As a plus there are great restaurants just down the block.

I am CAA member and needed roadside assistance. The service was great as far as getting me back on the road. However I called back later as I was not given back the security nut to unlock the wheels on my car and the individual on the phone was extremely rude and ended up hanging up on me, due to the fact I asked him to repeat the number as I didnt have a pen in hand.
