This reveiw is way over due.. My daughter and her boyfriend had car trouble a month or so ago on the 401 . They called Ross towing and Daniel Miller was dispatched to the call. Nice service

Went here to trade in my vehicle on a Camry. Experience was good up until I landed, as I found out after driving from Kingston that they did not check the Carfax with VIN they were given and tried to turn it around on me that I was not fully disclosing what happened with my vehicle. I answered all the sales persons questions regarding the history of the vehicle when I landed there and even brought the repair certificates with me. John the sales manager made me feel like it was my fault and was not giving basic disclosure. My understanding was that the sales person and manager would check the history of the car with the VIN or call before I came like any other dealership did when I was shopping around. When I emailed the Sales manager he blamed me further, and said that bottom line I was being rude and he was not going to tolerate someone being rude or demeaning to his sales staff, especially a rookie female sales staff. I didn’t realize being frustrated and angry at the fact that the sales person did not do their job was being demeaning. Regardless of gender, I hold people accountable when they don’t deliver a positive customer experience. To top it off the car I test drove had 2000 Kms more then the advertisement, was obviously smoked in and needed breaks and tires, but I was the one who was considered withholding basic disclosure. Edit 1- Response to owner: At no point was I ever asked to leave. It is unfortunate that the story changes with each interaction. Your emails stated I was rude, now it is aggressive and intimidating, hard to keep a narrative straight when it isn’t true I suppose.

Great service, a dealership that is honest and works with their clients. My first choice of anywhere to buy a vehicle or get it serviced. I'd suggest you buy from these folks.
