Very bad customer service. I reserved a U-haul truck online to be picked up at Edwards Towing in Huntsville, Ontario. I was instructed by the web site to call Edwards to confirm. So I called and received a verbal lashing that I had called the wrong number, I had called "Edwards Towing". I should have called "Uhaul at Edwards Towing". (same building, different desk).
