Towing

Terrible driver. Nothing but attitude and will try to scam your vehicle for charges.

hookers has always been very fair with me, providing fast service and the price is right

Do not recommend.

We are a great company. Dedicated employees and great owners make a solid team. As with ANY company.. things will never be perfect for every customer... face it, you’ve said you’d never go back to Walmart... but you went back. We do our very best to assist customers as quick as possible.. and in peak need times.. response times are extended.. know that if you have a legitimate issue.. please don’t hesitate to contact me.. I am the driver supervisor.. I will address and resolve any issue as easily and fair as possible. We pride ourselves in providing the best service.. no one wakes up and says” I hope my car breaks so I can call a tow truck “ we recognize that. I thank our customers, employees and owners for doing and being the best there is !! John -210-1647

So this is my first ever review of anybody out there on google and obviously the reason is that i have never ever in my life experienced such a low of human dignity.... we've arrived to the esso station at manning park with a very low tank, i.e. the car was showing that it's enough for another 30kms tops. the gas station was closed and as it came out the self-service was actually not an option - there's not POS terminal for the card... the nearest next gas station is about 47 km towards Princeton, so theoretically there was no way we'll make it. luckily - i thought - one of Mario's towing came by... I asked whether i could buy of some fuel from him, but he just smiled and showed me his empty gas canister while telling me that actually he should carry some fuel with himself but he never does and that i should try to get to the nearest gas station... when i told about my situation, namely that i don't think we're gonna make it that far, and what are my options his only answer was: "you'll have to call a towing service, that is probably going to be me" and he just left... it should be obvious for everybody from your google reviews that this kind of behaviour is just the norm... i really don't understand how do you guys still manage to have a business with this type of service, but hey it's your thing... but one thing for sure i never, ever met anybody before on a road - especially a professional, who's actual job is to help out in these situation - with so little empathy. btw: we actually managed to get ourselves to the nearest gas station with our car on fumes, but that's for sure that even if we wouldn't have made it, i'd never call you guys to help me out...

One of you drivers blasted their upper and lower flood lamps on and off while I was following a SAFE distance behind. Highway 2 travelling north @ marker 90 at 7:20 pm. This is very dangerous, rude, and doesn't look good for your company.

Jerry really helped me out of a tight spot. Great guy to deal with!

A very friendly and professional team. They were awesomely fast to respond even in the extreme weather conditions. Highly recommended 👍

After having my car impounded (which is what happens when you lend a car to a "friend") all of the staff at Ron's Towing were extremely helpful! They walked me through the whole process and made sure I understood everything and followed the appropriate steps. After all said and done as soon as I got home I locked my keys in my car, they sent someone over within 20 minutes free of charge! Thanks Ron's Towing!

These guys are a joke. Goof behind counter won't let mw get my personnal irems from vehicle.

Stephan in sales was amazingly helpful. Even though I wanted a new truck I ultimately chose this wasn’t the right moment. Yet, I badly wanted it to be! He was very personable, knowledgeable and friendly. Even when I pulled the brake line and decided I needed to wait a little longer, he was still very polite and professional. But, he has guaranteed that when I’m ready to buy, Red Deer Toyota is where I will go and Stephan is the guy I will ask for. Good job!

Top notch place with top notch service, you will not be disappointed. We travel from Red Deer to get our vehicles serviced here.

Very helpful service staff

My car got towed because my friend's stupid decision to drunk and drive with my car while I was out of town. When I tried to pick it up, they told me I couldn't get my car for another week. I came back from my trip this morning at 4am, had lack of sleep and this was not the news I expected to receive. I was very upset at the situation, because I did not know my friend ( now ex friend ) had driven drunk, so I was super pissed- But, oh my lord, the lady who helped me, like, I love her so much I would get my car towed every week just to receive her amazing customer service. She was the most polite, and understanding I've ever met. She was just a kind hearted person who literally made this awful situation into a bearable one. Like literally, i never had this type of customer service in my life, so this company deserves more than 5 stars- 10 stars if I can give it. Its unfortunate I still cant get my car, but honestly, I can't stop talking about how kind she is, hence this review. If I get my car towed again and this company tow my car, I'm not even going to complain, I'd probably stop by with brownies for the staffs for their amazing service. I didnt ask for her name, but I just wanted to say thank you so much for making my day less stressful .

Did a good job for us quickly after hours. Thank you Cary!

I had a flat tire about 2 weeks ago out in Richmond ( I live in Vancouver) and it was on a Sunday. I didn't call Rusty's first - I'll be honest- it was because of the poor google reviews. But every other place I called was closed or too busy. The second last place I called recommended Rusty's so... I called. The man I spoke to was very helpful and polite. So was the man who came out to help me put my spare tire on. Too bad about the other negative experiences. Thank you Rusty's! Will call again and will recommend!

The crew was very professional, respectful, and helpful.

Really nice owner and cool tow truck. Worked with me a lot.

Top notch professional service and not just in Nanoose. They've hauled everything for us to ans from all areas. from Farm equipment, busses, seacans to fish conveyors and small - medium sized forklifts, large parts pickup etc. Very reasonable and compeditive rates
