Went to gurukripa travels awhile ago because my phone was acting weird. Was quickly helped and had the problem identified and fixed. Haven’t had an issue with my phone since. The staff there were very friendly and accommodating. Would recommend them.

A group of 9 travelers wanted to do a tour of Australia. 4 of us have been using Jason at Downunder Travel since 2005. 8 of us had travelled to Africa in 2015 once again with Jason's arrangements. We are a group with agricultural interests so we were hoping to see the diversity of Australia with as many ag components as possible. We met with Jason and he compiled an itinerary for us which gave us another trip of a lifetime. Jason's attention to detail is truly amazing. Over 6 wks. we had 12 flights with airport pickups arranged, about 10 different hotels and probably 20 arranged private tours. Everything happened without a glitch which makes for a worry-free holiday. He also allowed for some free days if anything needed rearranged. We are already planning our next holiday with his company. Imagine you telling your 6 year old son this: 5 more sleeps, 4 more sleeps, 3, 2, 1… Guess what day it is today??? And he yells “DISNEY CRUISE!!!!” and by the end of the day, there is no Disney Cruise because the flight you were supposed to get on at 6:30 in the morning doesn’t leave until 2:30 pm causing you to miss your ship. Yup, that’s what happened last week and if it weren’t for our travel agent Barry Davis from Marlin Travel, our vacation would have been over even before it had started. Barry went above and beyond to get us on another flight and made the transaction seamless. We not only missed our ship, but we had to catch up to it in Mexico (our first port of call) and Barry organized everything we needed in order to do that… and we did! Thanks to Barry, we were able to spend a whole day in Mexico and another 5 aboard our ship! If anyone reading this post is looking for a travel agent, give Barry a call because this guy started working for us “hours” before his agency was open for business. Had I booked this trip with an online agency I think I would have never left Calgary that day. The best part of having a travel agent is that the pricing is virtually the same. You'll pay the same with a travel agent as you would any other online ticketing agency. It's a no brainer to have someone like Barry on your team! Thanks Barry!
