They were super kind, friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them to anyone with a furry friend! They were even kind enough to collect the papers all over the road from my welcome packet I stupidly left on top of my car. They were very kind about it, even put a sticky with my kittys name and a smily for when I came back to pick it up.
