Veterinarian

I brought my daughter to the DECH last night. We are first time parents and very nervous about her symptoms. We saw Dr. Clair (or LeClair? Sorry I was so worried and tired it is hard to remember). She was extremely kind, professional and understanding and even called me this morning to follow up. I am so thankful for her service and I hope her colleagues and paitients can see how much of an awesome person she is. Thank you so much! Also a shout out to Dr. Samson who delivered my daughter a year and a half ago. I hope if I ever have another child I have your expertise guiding me again. All the support staff as well, you make it happen and I know a lot 6of people complain about waits and what not but I don't think they empathize with the level of pain and sheer number of people that use the system. You are literally keeping us all going. Thank you all so much.

Wish there was an option of no stars. One of my cats was in kidney failure and Dr Smith told me to put a lavender essential oil on some acupuncture spots that he shaved off on her body. He claims to be a homeopathic vet so, like a fool, I tried it. It burned her body!!!! When I went back and told him this, he said, "You have to be careful with lavender around cats." -- like it wasn't his fault that I was given bad advise. Needless, to say, I will NEVER take any of my beloved babies to this guy!!! How is he still in business????

Debbie is an amazing person. I highly recommend bringing your beloved pet to the pet funeral home. We first met Debbie a few years ago when our 13.5 year old German Shepherd passed away. Sadly another member of our pet family passed this week, my 15.5 year old Chihuahua. Again Debbie consoled me and I felt at peace leaving my little Abby in her care for cremation. There is a certain warmth about the place that is hard to describe. Thank you

I love it here! I am a student, full time working, and paying bills and valley has helped me make sure my puppy is still treated with all the right medicine and gives him all the care he needs. They are friendly, helpful, accepting, and I wouldn’t want my puppy to be treated by anyone else. Love the service and always greet you with a smile!

Dr Titus was wonderful! Our cat seemed to be having breathing issues and the Dr examined her and was very calm and patient. She expertly explained the different options for treatment, their prices and expectations. Following our appointment, reception called to check up the day after, as well as, a week after just to make sure she was feeling alright. All in all, was a great experience!

Are very friendly and answer all our questions as first time dog owners.

Hopital très utile, personnel dévoué, mais legestionnaire devrait créer plus de poste d'infirmières et de préposées à temps. Trop d'équipe volante entraîne une grande mobilité de ce personnel à la recherche de temps plein. Si cette mesure n'est pas prise rn urgence, l'hôpital connaîtra une grande crise de personnel de ligne.
