Veterinarian

Extremely impressed with the care and sense of urgency with the team at Watzin. Closing the loop and follow-up is ingrained in their DNA! Thank you for taking such great care of Stewie!

We live in Burlington and have no problem going the extra mile to get great care from the staff and vets here. We don't mind the trip as it only takes 20 min. from east Burlington and we take the scenic rte at that. Very friendly staff and Vets.

I am fairly new to this practice but have found the staff and Dr Gibbs very pleasant and caring to my nervous senior teacup dog . Definitely would recommend them without hesitation.

A good vet. I had taken my cats there for years. Staff was always very accommodating and professional. Dr Jaffrey made it a point to follow up and helped us out on a few occasions outside of normal business hours. His pricing was reasonable and although the clinic often offered services that were above and beyond they never forced them upon you or made you feel that you were neglecting your pet, focused on the must haves. Since the clinic is smaller and resources limited when a true emergency occurred I did opt for the larger clinics with in house blood and diagnostic capabilities.

Incredibly kind, patient and understanding team of professionals.

Thoughtful caring staff and vet.

Knowledgeable staff, was served quickly without appointment, vet was good and confident in his knowledge and went over everything that I needed for my pet. It's a bit on the pricey side but what vet isn't really. Going to use this location for my vet needs from now on.

Highly recommended and honest hard working team work. All staff are very pleasant and take care of Thier clients pets needs

The staff at Blue Cross is second to none! We brought our pug Chester in with a emergency seizure – they were so understanding and wonderful during this stressful, scary incident and they couldn’t have been more professional (Chester wasn’t even a patient at the time) We love them so much that they are now the only clinic I would take my pugs to!!! I’ve tried 3 different clinica throughout the Hamilton area and they are by far the nicest and most trustworthy. Dr. Christine, Shelby and the rest of the staff are to be commended for their wonderful environment.

Might be the best Veterinarian I've ever been to... First off, Michelle the receptionist/front of clinic was super helpful and friendly, she helped me get a quick and easy appointment while also explaining everything that I needed to know, she was also able to give me a very accurate estimate cost of my visit. Moreover, Dr. Schmidt is an amazing veterinarian, he's very friendly, informative and helpful while also explaining things in a way that's easy to understand. Dr. Schmidt performed a full examination and did an Ear Hematoma drain very quick, efficiently and painlessly, He then proceeded to give me all the necessary information for caring for my pet in the weeks to come to avoid any complications. Finally, the pricing is extremely fair and other veterinarian offices couldn't even compete, While Dr. Schmidt provides equal to or better care for you pets. I will be returning, I am very pleased to say that my experience at Bronte Road Animal hospital was amazing. Thank you guys !

The vet has a very harsh attitude and acts rushed. There was an appearance of a lack of compassion.

I've been taking my pets here for 16 years, best vet I've ever had! I now live in Toronto and I'm struggling to find a place that even remotely compares. I miss this place, you guys are the best!

Best veterinary clinic I have ever been to.

NO PARKING !!!

Have been going here for 12+ years. Great service. Fast and friendly staff. A little on the expensive side.

Since I moved to Hamilton the cat clinic has taken care of my cats. Very professional and dedicated clinic. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The newsletter are informative as well.

Very well taken care of facilities, friendly staff and excellent doctors. Provided great care when my dog cut his paw, with patient and detailed instructions and no unnecessary costs.

Super sensitive staff ..very empathetic... Will always try to make time for you and your fur baby 10/10

Fair pricing and the vet that worked with our rabbit was very patient, friendly, and made sure to go over everything so that nothing was left to wonder.

I cannot thank Dr. Caitlin and Jennifer enough for how caring and thoughtful they were this past weekend when we had to say goodbye to our beautiful Bella. Words cannot express the gratitude and appreciation we had for the entire staff during our difficult time. Thank you
