This vet clinic is amazing. The staff are so caring for both you and your pet. Best experience I've ever had.

I have needed help from this clinic 3 times. First time excellent service. Dr.Carmen was awesome! Second time the vet on call never answered the phone and her voice mail was full. A day later my pet died in my arms. The third time my daughters pet is sick and we have to wait a day to see a vet and I was told that the only way I get to speak to a vet is if I have an appointment. The vets will not speak to me and give me some sort of advice before her appointment. We are just wondering if she is going to die. Plus we have other animals in the house and wanted some advice about them. I feel like the clinic only cares if you are standing with the money in hand and who cares if your family pet is sick and dies.

I feel they add costs for made up things. Like "tail inspection". Yeah my cat still has her tail good work.

Staff treated me terrible!

We have been bringing our miniature dachshund to Aspen Animal Hospital since they opened their doors. We have always received fast, friendly, knowledgeable and courteous service. We really appreciate Dr. Ross and all the other staff!

I want to extend a huge thank you to Gord Kreb and his staff. We recently had our dog Rocco in for some minor surgery, blood work and some other things. They were able to offer sameday care for our boy and at amazing prices. I urge you all to look no further than this Vet for ALL your pets needs!! Thank you so much!!

Dr. Forrester is amazing! Even when an issue occurred with my dog over the weekend and I had to take my dog elsewhere, she still called to check-up after she received the faxed paperwork. I love this clinic!

The staff here are super friendly and knowledgeable. The prices are very affordable. They were very patient while I calmed my cat down after his dental surgery. I highly recommend this place!

Put in new buildings absolutely a great vet

I had to bring my cat, Tiger, in because he got into some medical marijuana brownie remnants in the sink, and the office said I might have to wait a few hours for them to call back, as all their appointments were booked for the day, and they'd have to squeeze him in sometime in between. As I was filling out the paperwork, someone else called to say they were running a bit late for their own pet's big day (must have been a surgery or something), and the kind ladies offered to look at Tiger right then. I am very grateful to everyone in the office for being kind, understanding, and non-judgmental, and for doing everything they could to calm my cat down, and to reassure me that my visit wasn't pointless, even though they said he looked like he was recovering fine. Thank you so much for being such an awesome team! My cat and I both appreciate you all very much!
