Amazing service and hospitality. Great knowledge and advice. We have 3 cats, a dog and a lizard they help us take care of.

Only reason there is 2 stars is for the effort the employee put in to help me buy the king snake there. Otherwise would be a big 0. They told me the snake was aggressive, and a biter, that's ok, just needs to be handled. WRONG The poor thing has so many layers of retained spectacles (eyecaps from not shedding right) she was completely blind. Having experience with snakes and reptiles, i was able to fix one side, but the other isn't fixable. Also not returning her. Going to give her a good home, regardless.. ps, she hasn't shown any aggressiveness since she can now see, even if it is just from one side

They censor reviews on other networks, my dog is dead. This place, says animal hospital, well after the damage to my 11 month old puppy Sasha who had the stomach flu. They took her to the back, didn’t let me see, they messed with her lungs and heart and who knows what else. Sasha her heart was beating like a bullet when they gave her back. She died. (((WHAT THEY SHOULD HAVE DONE))): (was to give Sasha antibiotics, a vitamin injection, saline and an incubator to keep her warm. Also some antibiotics to take home.) THEY DID NOT HELP HER!!! they so much damage. They don’t listen! They made some $$$ from me. "AGAINST " my consent!!! I attached a picture of dead baby Sasha also one of her alive before these crooks killed her, that also censor reviews so my voice can’t be heard. Who kn. I never signed anything, or gave permission, for these inappropriate actions. No integrity, they did not say at the start they’re not equipped, they create situations to charge $500. We woke up one day to our 10 year old cat Trooper with his eye full of blood. We were panicked and didn't know what had caused this freak accident. The closest vet ended up being Granville. It was fate, Dr. Amanda and her staff have been exceptional from start to finish. They have exceeded our expectations and treated Trooper as their own. My family highly recommends them and are extremely grateful that we ended up at such a caring facility. Thank you Dr. Amanda and team!! ♡

Dr Harris was great. The prices are much cheaper than in the city.

I have a tiny 8 week old palliative care kitten I took in, Dr.Denkens was very compassionate towards me and what I was trying to provide to the kitten for its possible short life span. He listened and was very genuine, and respected what I was doing. I would also recommend the house call service, which I used for updating my other 2 cats vaccines, all tho one was not cooperative at all! Haha.

The vets know their stuff, staff is very friendly. Not really what I'd call a fun place to go, like any medical facility.

Will not be returning. I only go in for food because it’s on the way home from work and easy for me to stop by. Obviously this clinic doesn’t care about how customers are treated since they have such rude staff. The girl with the pink hair is awful. I have never enjoyed dealing with her and today, I overheard her talking badly about customers who were in the building!!!!! For how much this vet charges for food and treats, you’d think they’d have better front desk staff. I’ve seen this young lady every time I have gone in, and she is always unpleasant, moody, and rude. I will not be bringing my business back and definitely won’t be bringing any of my pets here. Very disappointing!

The veterinarian there dr Iong who was there for the other vet today was extremely caring with my cat Luna even though she wiggles a lot and wouldn't stay still she was having diarrhea and vomiting the night before and he was extremely patient and caring with her and tried to make her comfortable because it was her first time going to the vet I can't wait to take her back next year to get her shots again because reception and the veterinarian was extremely friendly and courteous !!! I'm glad someone in my art group recommended this vet for me will definetly be coming back !!!

What an amazing team. Recently I took our little guy Joey in for dental surgery and I could not be happier with the experience we had. Dr. Rowe and Nina took the time to explain the procedure both pre and post OP as well as what was required during recovery. They kept me updated during the procedure and followed up the next day. I even received a letter of the procedure from Joey's point of view. The little extras are what make this hospital special. After the surgery they showed me all of the xrays and pictures of the work done. I also love that when going in for grooming there's a board that welcomes the appointments for the day. They really personalize the experience. What a great place.

Front line staff awesome. Docs are great. I moved since visiting this clinic and I still drive across city to bring my animal here. No hesitation in recommending.
