Knowledgeable and friendly staff, very good! Very thorough. So worth it, I drive 45 minutes when there are many options closer to me.

Jenn has been helping me rehab both my dogs after each had surgery (one TPLO surgery for a CLL tear, one massive abdominal surgery for an intestinal obstruction). We could not be happier with the skill, insight, and enthusiasm she shows for getting dogs back to their regular level of function and activity. She has been invaluable in my dogs' surgical recovery, and I highly recommend her services to anyone looking for the best for their pet.

We brought in our Italian greyhound and Pomeranian to be groomed. The ladies here did a phenomenal job!!!! It was so comical to see our pom strutting her stuff all day after her trim because it made her feel so good, I swear she knew she was beautiful and was making sure everyone would know it as well. Buddy loves his Happy Tails adventures! He gets exercise, stimulation and socialization, and I get peace of mind. Angela has been a wonderful support as we adjusted to life with a puppy, always willing to discuss various issues and answer questions. She is extremely conscientious about safety, incredibly kind, and very knowledgeable. I feel 100% comfortable when Buddy is in her care.

I have been taking my birds here for the last 8 years. Always great care for them. Then when my vet for my dog refused to listen to an issue with an e-collar being too big for my dog. So big in fact that he was able to shake his head and get out of it. I came home one morning to my dog having torn apart his e-collar then chewed open his stitches leaving him with a giant open wound on his leg. They refused to see him for a couple more HOURS. This was before the AEC moved to its current location and before they were open 24hours. Because of that I ended up with an additional $1,000 in unnecessary vet bills. I switched the dog to Dr. Barry as well and have had zero problems since.

I've used Paton & Martin to do both open and closed castrations and on-site sedation wound surgery. They have been 150% fantastic every time! Wonderful staff in both office, vets and interns.
