Veterinarian

We continue to have great care for our dogs from the vet, Dr. Bureau. She remains willing to listen to and answer questions. She responds to email questions and requests to order supplies. We recently had to euthanize our ill, elderly dogs, and Dr. Bureau was kind and respectful of us, and ensured that the procedure was as stress-free and painfree as possible for our pets. Fraser Macdonald Animal Hospital will continue to be our first choice for our vet.

Charlie has been coming here since he was a puppy, now he's going on 12 years old. We will always keep coming to this vet no matter where we move in Toronto. The doctors are extremely trustworthy, charlie has received amazing care and love here. We would never go elsewhere. I recommend this vet to anyone.

Great vets; horrible front desk staff. Some of the receptionists made me feel so unwelcomed and had zero empathy towards my pup and I. Adam and Lindsay were both wonderful vets that took their time with my 6 month old pup. If it wasn't for some of the receptionists, I would have rated this place 5 stars.

Receptionist is wonderful, always greets you and loves to talk. Makes you feel very welcome. I can't remember the Vets name, I appoligize but he really knows what he's talking about! Always has a solution as well.

Friendly, optimistic staff that treated us and my pup with respect and care. Plus minimal wait time when we went compared to other places. Very helpful and re-assuring, definitely keeping them as my go to for vet emergencies.

Today was my first time visiting Coxwell Animal Clinic. Everyone was so loving and kind with my little Morkie, Yoda. Dr. Woo is obviously very knowledgable and experienced. She was so gentle with my dog and was very clear and reasonable with her guidance and instructions. I had such a positive experience that I've decided to move my services here exclusively. This is the best vet hospital I've ever found. The people are all just genuinely kind. They clearly care deeply about my pets, but they also spend all the time it takes to explain and discuss treatments with me. Whenever I walk my dog by the vet she tied to pull me inside. She knows what's up.

Our dog is utterly terrified of having her nails clipped. A few months ago she ripped a nail completely off... since then my husband and I can't get near them, and previous grooming attempts at big box stores have only traumatized her further. We were getting desperate to find someone to trim her nails before she rips one off again. When I called Yonge Street Animal Hospital, they were immediately reassuring and confident that they could handle her - and handle her they did! They were friendly, professional, confident, and quick - and our big scaredy-dog didn't make a peep. We are so grateful to have found this place and its wonderful staff!

Caring, helpful and gave us loads of information. Our rats were taken care of with great knowledge and gentle hands.

Bad customer service by receptionist, I walked in to ask if there were any low fat gas canine cans while front desk completely ignored me and kept talking on the phone therefore I walked back out and went to another vet.

Love this place the staff are kind n helpful n they have fair prices n payment plans. My family n my self have been going here my whole life.

Friend of my recommended. I took Rosie, I just adopted. Doctor was very pleasant, attentive, explained trouble with her gastrointestinal tract. Rosie is happy again. It's not cheap, but still reasonably priced. They show they care. Strongly recommend.

I've always loved this vet. They are kind, compassionate, professional and thorough. The prices are average and I'm happy to pay given the full complement of services they offer.
