If you have to board your dog or cat this is a great place. They take great care of all the dogs and cats.

I took my pup for a year end checkup it was one thing having to wait outside while they took him in for his appointment but for the Vet to come back out 20 minutes later and say we could not look at your dogs ears he was fussing it took 4 of us plus a muzzle but he just won't let us look at his ears. She then says you are welcome to bring him back in a couple of weeks and we can sedate him. I said there is no way it took 4 people to hold him hes a 55 pound dog and said why can't you just do it now. They then say well hes already took up are time and resources and it's too late now. Now that will be $90 will that be cash or debt or credit. I was so furious I paid them there $90 even though they didn't even earn it and I call the other veterinary clinic to see if they can take on my dog as a new client.

they sell old dog food. If I didn't check the expiry date, I would of ended up with old dog food. The front desk lady is inept at dealing with incoming calls and customers walking in.

After the unexpected and sudden loss of our ragdoll (Moca) a search for a kitten on Kijiji led us to Purrealdolls. Amanda informed us she still had kittens available and welcomed us to visit. Sheila fell for a 2 week old female. Amanda kept us well informed with her progress and invited us to come and visit her at anytime. We did once after 8 weeks and brought her to her new home after 12 weeks. Amanda has been very prompt and helpful to answer any of our questions as Harlee grew. Harlee is 9 months old now and has developed into a lovely 8 pound, seal mitted kitten. Her fur is like velvet, has an affectionate and friendly demeanour, loves to play, keeps us entertained, and loves her tree house. We highly recommend Amanda's cattery.

Best vet ever, hands down. They have been our family vet since our first dog in the 80s. I wouldn't take my dog anywhere else.
