Veterinarian

Everyone is always so personable and solicitous and sincere

They were great with my dog

I brought my hamster here last week because she had a lump on her chest. There aren't many vets that treat "exotic" animals around South Surrey but this is one of them. The doctor seemed genuinely sincere and gave me several treatment options instead of pushing the most expensive service onto me. The checkup fee is relatively lower than other clinics as well. I liked that he explained the treatment procedures very detailed and thoroughly so I understood what would be happening.

My experience was warm and welcoming. My kitty had stomach cancer and I had to put him down. I had him at this other horrible vet (apollo vetranary) in cloverdale which strang me along. It's like a sweat shop in that old building. The price couldn't be beat, I called about 15/20 places. Also the room that they give you for euthanasia is very calming and wonderful for your last moments with your furr baby. They even wrapped P.spices arm in a a cute heart bandage. The staff was so amazing with hugs and compassion on how hard it is too say good bye.

Always fabulous service. Great with our cats, large dogs and small dogs. You pay for what you get.

Took my parents cat here to be boarded, they had no problem with the time frame we had asked him to be boarded there for, only to find out when my parents left to go to Croatia they said 2 days later they couldn’t keep him there anymore because they had “work” to do in the clinic. My parents were then livid knowing as a paying customer they went back on their word and couldn’t keep him. So my girlfriend had to pick Oreo (parents cat) up and figure out what to do with him as we hadn’t made any other arrangements here. Very disorganized clinic who doesn’t care if their clients are happy or not

Been seeing Dr. Chan for a decade and the outpour of knowledge is always evident. Super helpful with my French Bulldogs.

Very polite and friendly staff, professional service, best pet hospital.

Thank you Chelsea and Dr. Virk! We had such an amazing experience last night at your clinic and are very grateful for all the advice and care you gave us regarding our newly adopted dog’s corneal ulcer. Our dog is very scared of vets and procedures, but your staff were so understanding and patient. Thank you for not making us feel like she was a bad dog! We are very happy to be transferring into your care going forward. It was wonderful to have our concerns taken seriously and a treatment plan outlined.

Could not ask for a nicer vet...Erin always greeted our dog sat on the floor and made a huge fuss of her. She was never scared to visit the vet, in fact she loved going, even on her very last journey... The staff are also very helpful, kind and patient. When my heart is healed and we start all over again, we will definitely use Ocean Park vet clinic!

Dr. Anderson has been our Chihuahua's vet for several years now. He treated our dog for urinary track stones after an examination since we noticed a peeing problem with Chico, so glad we did. Chico is a rescue from California and his health had been overlooked for some time prior to us having him. First was his teeth cleaning and removal of several bad teeth. Since then his breath and eating hard foods has improved largely. Next was his removal of stones by operation, all good and no errors at all. They followed up with a surprise check up call and was very professional about the whole experience. Chico (now about 11 years old) has been kept healthy and going strong thanks to Dr. Anderson. I never feel Dr. Anderson is just out for the money, he truly cares and delivers his best which has been our experience. I highly recommend to anyone to see him for your pet needs as I will continue, even with the commute, its worth it! Today we had a concern for Chico regarding sneezing/wheezing spells, we called Dr. Anderson just before they were closing shop and he spoke to us on the phone with good advise for Chico; we were directed to use a home remedy with the phone diagnosis of allergies as other dogs are showing the same signs at this time of year. Needless to say, he gave us relief and helped us save some money. Did I mention that this hospital has all the latest up to date equipment? Do you have a Vet like that yet? Thank you so much for your true care and concerns for our Chico. Sincerely, David and Chico.

Good variety, decent prices

The staff at Grow have helped me find the perfect kid gift on many occasions.

After severely injuring my knee, Dr. Stuckey not only fast tracked my MRI, he remained in constant contact and communication with both my physiotherapist and orthopaedic surgeon to ensure I had the best recovery possible. Fernie is lucky to have both he and his wife. Thank you for being the best doctors I've ever had.

Fantastic pet store. Good selection of product, and Tristan the Manager is amazing! She probably cares as much about your pet as you do, if not more. I've also found the Barkside team to also be a great resource for all things pet-related in Fernie. Need a referral on a dogsitter or a vet, I'd start here.

cool a dog park

Love starbucks... But wish the price was a littler lower
