came here for the first time today with my kitty and had a great experience. the staff is so friendly and helpful. I’m happy with my decision to come to this animal hospital.

I live out of state and unlikely to be a repeat customer, but I was treated as well as I could hope. I had an emergency situation,; the response was excellent. The care was quality and the people are quality caring people/professionals. .

Sorry , you 2 for this I made a mistake. thanks again for Kristina, came to the rescue for our Chace food again I was in hospital and I'm not to go out till (Lord 2 weeks) and God love her was up at the hospital for awhile and she came by and dropped it off.

I visited this hospital with my dog Tuffy. I have nothing to say but the positive things about this hospital. Dr. Rupi and staff was wonderful and very professional. The vet was very knowledgeable and explained everything to me. Nothing was forced on me as I don't have a lot of money to spend. So the vet helped me to decide on which tests were absolutely necessary. The visit was well worth it. I will definitely recommend this hospital to all the pet lovers.

My dog can be nervous around new people and the staff here is very accommodating and friendly. Would recommend.

The staff are quick, knowledgeable and friendly. However, they are definitely overpriced. I'd say if you need a same day experience then this is a good place, otherwise, due to the prices, Ill keep looking around London and update you as I find them.

This is not just an alternative vet clinic, it's the future of alternative care. I wish all vet clinics would model after this place, it's calm, it's inviting, it's imaginative, fun and most importantly a healing experience. You lucky people of London, you have Dr.Galina at your doorstep !!!! Dr. Galina was a godsend for my special needs dog Becki when she practised in Toronto, she has brought our dear Becki back from the brinks of paralysis every time and we are eternally grateful to her. We miss her terribly and wish we could visit her more often. It's totally worth the drive. All of us - especially our two Rotties - thoroughly enjoyed our latest visit. Becki had another flare up recently and Dr.Galina put all of us at ease in no time. she was knowledgable, informative, organized and totally compassionate. It was a pleasure watching her " flying needles" ( acupuncture) into Becki with no fussing from Miss B. I think Becki is still enjoying the benefit of that treatment days later as I write this review. She seems very content which is a rarity Dr. Galina truly cares about animals and their people, if you are reading this review than you are looking for an alternative care facility, look no further, we've been to many alternative care vets over the past 25 years and Dr. Galina is one of the best in our experience. We highly recommend her and her " healing place ".

We had a wonderful experience here with our new puppy. Dr. was very nice and answered all of our questions thoroughly. Receptionist was very kind and pleasant too. Glad we chose to come here, very pleased.

Amazing staff. Very helpful and were very mindful of our budget which we really appreciated. The vet and vet tech were very thorough and kind. Highly recommend.
