Veterinarian

Very compitent. Followed up by phone to us, pro-actively, the next day to confirm expected results and make suggestions. Will use again for our large dogs.

Very kind, gentle, caring and knowledgeable staff. Cared for our cat Chi Chi very lovingly.

This where I go to see the surgeon and my drug store needs the only thing is you got to get here early to get a parking spot lol

Extremely professional staff

I made a reservation a month in advance to board my cat for two weeks for a family vacation. I took the cat to her vet a week ago and got up to date vaccination records. When I arrived to drop off the cat, they would not take her because they also wanted a letter from the vet about upper respiratory infections. It was a holiday, so phone contact with the vet was not possible. I was left with no place for my cat, putting my family vacation at risk at the last moment. No apparent concern from "Happy Tails" about the consequences of their inflexible and unreasonable requirements. I will never make reservations there again.

Staff très amical. Bonne connaissances de traitements.

They made a hard time much easier. Very professional and caring

Excellent service and great personnel .takes theirs time to explain what ever case we have with our pet .
