I had been taking my puppy here since I got him and ab ppi it a month ago I went to get him his next dose of nexgard. The lady was very rude as I was always told I could come and weigh him and get the medication then. She said no you need a 24 hour period to get it for you then told me that I needed to get him other medication that was more important than fleas and ticks. I told her no thank you and she had continued to worsen her attitude. She got my nexgard for me and then warned me next time they wouldnt give it without 24hour period. I had told her I tried to call for two days and no one answered or called back. She said that's not possible you have the wrong number and I tested the number in the office and watched while she let it ring. It was the worse service I have ever got.

Dr. Bansal dealt both with my kitten and my concerns with equal patience, empathy and professionalism. His examination was thorough; his handling of the animal gentle and assured. I was most pleased with his visit. Imagine my surprise when he called this morning to ensure the tiny patient was fine. She is! That level of concerned follow-up speaks volumes. So glad to have found such a caring and competent veterinary whom I've already recommended to a friend.

My wife and I love this clinic. It doesn't matter which vet you get, they are all super nice and knowledgeable, as well as the staff at front desk. They are all superstars.

Le Dr Palerme est venu à notre domicile pour euthanasier notre chien qui était arrivé à la fin d'une vie longue et je pense très heureuse. Il a fait cela avec beaucoup de délicatesse. Son service à domicile est extraordinaire : notre chien s'est endormi en toute confiance, dans nos bras et dans sa maison, en douceur et sans douleur. Merci Dr Palerme de nous avoir permis de vivre ce moment difficile mais d'en garder tout de même un très beau souvenir.

Woke up Sunday morning to find my dog covered in bumps went straight to panic mode and started googling vets that could help came across this lady and she provided answers for all my questions and looked at pictures. I appreciate the help and concern for my 4 legged family member. Thank you again.

I have always been very pleased with the service I received at Algonquin Animal Hospital. When I brought Wheezer into the Clinic Dr. Ha was kind, sympathetic, sincere and comforting. Having Wheezer euthanized was heartbreaking. Dr. Ha was sincerely sympathetic. The note I received from Dr. Catherine Ha touched my heart.

Overall good experience. Staff is very friendly. My cats new vet Dr. Findlay seems very nice and knowledgable. A bit more expensive than other vets but overall I have been very happy.

So many loving caring doctors there. Had to take a few of my animals there late night for emergency purposes. All the doctors we saw were very warm and caring and took the time to explain things for us. The staff is very nice as well. I will not fail to mention the high cost, very steep. I suppose you pay for what you get we racked up 3 Grand quite easily. Luckily they accept Care Credit. I will suggest but only to those who can afford such services

We have been visiting the Riverside South Animal Hospital for almost 4 years now and I can’t say enough good things about the care they have given my dog. I have had nothing but good experiences with the care that I have received from both of the Veterinarians and all of their support staff. The care they have provided for my dog is nothing but amazing. I came there with a dog with a lot of issues and now have a dog who still needs a lot of care but his life is 1000 times better. I can’t say enough good things about this animal hospital and recommend it to everyone who has animals.

We are from out of town and our dog needed ticks removed. The vet and desk girl were super friendly, didnt even charge us to have them pulled, only for the preventative medication. Fantastic, friendly ladies and service.
