Nice facility

Did not stay overnight but was there in attendance to an event being held in the conference side of the hotel. Event hall was nice and bathrooms were clean. Reception desk was friendly and accommodating to requests. Had to walk from event hall to 2nd floor boardroom and found the stairwell to smell strongly of smoke. Otherwise was a nice place to hold an event.

Very nice centre piece to town, stands out, lots around to do or just sit and soak it all in. In the lobby is some pamphlets, start your walk from here. Right on Broadway, lots of shopping and eating available. Spend the day. Check out the towns website for local updates or our local newspapers website.

Not a good place for toddlers. Toys are dirty and broken or old and it’s not safe as it’s small and not sectioned. Big bouncy balls were being kicked everywhere, almost hitting a young toddler in the head. Won’t be going back. Jungle Oasis is way better. Or the park.

The whole process of booking the horse and carriage, to having it arrive on site at the wedding is effortless and nothing short of magical! The staff are professional and do their best to ensure that everything runs smoothly and on time for your grand entrance or exit. The horses are very well trained and the carriage adds a romantic ambiance. Fairytale Horse and Carriage Service also specializes in traditional Baraat ceremonies and I've even seen them downtown Brampton around the holidays - they really do have something for everyone! would highly recommend.

This once reputable city has changed drastically over the past 20 years, As has every city but Orillia has taken on a whole new meaning to disgrace. It seems everyone from the residents all the way up to members of city hall have given up trying to make this city great again. And come this summer I will have too as I have chosen to uproot my family and wave good bye to this once beautiful city.
