What an unprofessional business establishment. One star is too many here, but was only option... Classic Windows installed new front windows several years back, before we moved into this house, and in needing the screens/windows inspected for leaks and gaps, we phoned this company based on that installation. We tried to arrange an inspection in Spring and Summer 2017, but they weren't responsive and the season got away from us. For 2018, we called on May 18 and spoke to Stan, who said the head installer would phone in the next two weeks about when he'd be out to inspect. That time came and went, but we gave them latitude for the Memorial Day weekend. I phoned again a few business days later and was told they'd be out. Nothing. A week later (26 days from my first call), I made the final phone call. At first, Stan did not know whether anyone had been out to caulk (let alone, do an initial inspection to determine what the issue is). He determined no one had been out, said "We'll be out." I asked point-blank when that would be, and he responded with "probably the next week or two." Unacceptable. We have since consulted other companies and within two days they've already returned calls and scheduled a time to come out. That is the way a business should operate.

EZ Storm Panels provided outstanding service and a quality product at a fair price. They are timely, thorough and willing to go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. Don, the owner, takes pride in his work product and is a creative problem solver. He was able to create a simple, durable screen solution that worked perfectly for the original windows in our house built in 1925.

Great experience. Went to Eastpoint store. Called around for best price, set up appointment at store. They did exactly what they said they would for exactly the price I was quoted (what more do you want?). I was told 2 hours - they called my cell at 2 hours 2 minutes! Windshield seems great.

WONDERFUL !!! My 1977 Corvette had a rear wheel that needed toe out on top and SLIMS got me in and out in no time. AND they are VERY warm and friendly. They made me feel like one of there best friends and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Slims auto on 10 mile @ Gratiot to anyone without a good repair shop. Or should I say HOT ROD SHOP. No kidding though these guys are very good and they know what they are doing. Go with confidence and relax.
