Great combination of the mental, physical and spiritual aspects of yoga. Nancy's yoga lessons provide a complete package that not only strengthens and tones our body and makes it more flexible, it also connects us to our spirit. Yoga relieves stress, eases the mind and makes you more aware. I could definitely recommend it to everyone.

Ive been working out here for years. Awesome, smaller facility. Good equipment, not crazy busy. Very nice staff and members. Big indoor running track, and smoothie bar. Tanning and nice size locker rooms.

Great little shop, to find everything!

Dr Howatt is a great doctor. She always listens to our families concerns and sends us to the best of the best for referrals. The receptionist ladies are always very welcoming and friendly and it's always a good experience. I would highly recommend montebello clinic to anyone.

Such a great shop to pick up that something extra special and unique. I have purchased many gifts from Hudson Vintage. Eila is knowledgeable about the pieces she has, and is very helpful. Go often, as the shop can have many different looks as new pieces are placed.
