Been an Ascend member for 3.5 years now and love it there! Great to have flexible schedule of boot camps to attend, and well qualified instructors to lead you through them. You don't have to think about what to do, just work hard, sweat, and have fun in the company of other motivated people.

The drs are amazing here. They actually listen.

I love this place for swimming and fitness. Also has a physiotherapy clinic conviently located in the building.New clean, bright indoor facility and a free water park outside for the whole family. Lots of free parking . They also have the Java Hut that offers food , cold drinks, desserts and ICE CREAM!! YAY! Loads of fun for everyone!

The clinic was said to open at 5pm, went in twenty minutes earlier and the place was jam packed and the wait was forever. The open time is very misleading, please change it.

The 9Round trainers encourage me to push myself every time I come in. Not only have I enjoyed the physical benefits of 9Round, but I also feel such a boost in self confidence in my athletic ability. I also feel as though I'm treated like a family member each and every time I come into the facility. I definitely recommend 9Round!

If you are intimidated by the usual yoga crowd, don't be. Everyone is welcome here. It's a fantastic, relaxing atmosphere with yoga practices to suit every body and every level. Everyone is super friendly and laid-back. I highly recommend this studio.

The staff is helpful and friendly however head office is a joke. Watch your billing and be prepared to fight to get a refund.

Great energy & open space! Provides classes for all levels & capabilities, as well all the teachers are knowledgeable and kind. Defiantly an authentic yoga studio!!

Nice and clean but the water in the pool is freezing, so we don't like to swim here.

Chilliwack BC location - The price is right. It's clean and is cleaned on a regular basis. Temperature is maintained for a good workout experience. Friendly owners who will take the time to talk with you and who are actively looking to improve both the equipment and floor space. No pressure to join or add extra options. A great place for a serious workout

A wide variety of classes for all skill levels hosted by friendly instructor's who did an excellent job of creating a welcoming environment. All interactions with staff have been pleasant and I would highly recommend oxygen chilliwack to anyone I know.

Great little gym. Clean. Has all the weights and equipment for a great work out. Good value
