Clare is an amazing teacher! The atmosphere is so calm and relaxing. I've never felt comfortable in a yoga class before doing Chakra yoga with Clare and Shannon. Since, I enjoy going whenever I can to be challenged and feel confident, or to be relaxed and stretched on restorative days. ADDED BONUS: the yoga den hosts events like yoga and a brew (supporting local businesses like her own) and also does stand up paddle board yoga in the summer on Lake Huron!
