Great spot. Lots of lots to rent out, seasonal or year round. Some lots are for sale if you're looking for a permanent camp ground. On the Indian river with a boat launch and beach. Trailer sites have power and septic included.

Just came home after a 2 day introductory course on whitewater canoeing. Our guide Ryan was absolutely brilliant !! He was extremely knowledgable, patient, and encouraged us to push and develop our skills. After the 2nd day I felt confident in the stern, was able to read the river and plan a route. Can't say enough good things about Paddler Co-Op and this experience will be a hard one to top !

I had the opportunity to sail aboard the St. Lawrence II from Oswego,NY to Kingston, Ontario. I was amazed by this program and opportunity for youth interesting in learning to sail. The youth on board were polite, showed incredible teamwork, workmanship, knowledge of the ship and skill of sailing it. If you have a teenager who shows an interest in sailing I would highly recommend this program, opportunity and experience.

Not only is Micaela fit and beautiful but she is compassionate and very down-to-earth. I trained with Micaela once/week for 12 weeks to shake up my workouts. It was a gift to myself! I’m often on the road, so she designed workouts to fit hotel gyms with minimal equipment but high intensity. Fellow hotel gym goers would often comment “what are you training for?” or “that looked really tough”. She introduced equipment that I’d had never used before and challenged me beyond what I thought I could accomplish. If you’re looking for a trainer who cares about you and your fitness/nutrition goals, you’ve found the right person.

Beautiful club with great facility. I have visited twice as a sailing coach and had a fantastic friendly experience for me and for my race team. However, I visited last year while I was in Kingston for work and thought it would be nice to pop by on a weekly keelboat race night. I introduced myself as an out-of-towner and ordered a beer at the bar. I put my name on the "crew for hire" board, hoping to get out on the water, maybe even one of the many boats in the Shark fleet. After about 20 minutes, the manager walked to the bar, whispered to the bartender who passed along the message that I would have to leave the premises, and that this was a "members only club". Safe to say this was insulting and embarrassing for me, considering I was surrounded in people, showing up for race night. Thanks to KYC (or at least it's management) for perpetuating the horrible reputation of exclusivity in sailing. I know on the east coast, that all of our clubs are very welcoming of new and visiting sailors.

It's really nice cuz it's not really loud. It's also near small towns so you can but a few things you forgot.
