I bought a second hand car with some issues. I contacted Mel and explained the issues. He asked me to take my car to him. He addressed all the issues and returned my car all fixed. If I want to buy another car, I will go there again. They keep up with their promises and their prices are fair.

My wife and I had been attentively watching the used car market for a Lexus IS Convertible. Fortunately, one popped up at Eli Motors and on an off-chance phone call at 9:30PM, we secured a next-day morning visit to see the car. On arrival, we were amazed at the condition and immediately purchased the car. We worked with Eli, as our sales person, on the details. Everyone was very friendly and helpful; not pushy or aggressive in any way. We received the car and a few days later, a very appreciated follow-up phone call to ensure we were completely satisfied. Great find and a place I would certainly do business with again. Thanks Eli!

it's okay if you just want to buy a car and leave and have no customer service whatsoever afterwards. I purchased a 2010 Subaru Forester from this location and was told by Phil I would also receive a 1 yr warranty if I give him the safety (the yellow slip) after getting safety done. The car has transmission issues. Well, got the safety done and handed Phil the yellow slip but did not hear from Phil again. No follow up. I tried contacting him several times (more than 3) and was repeatedly told he'll take care of it and/or he'll call me back but he didn't. I'm still waiting to hear back about this warranty I was promised. If you're going to promise something then deliver! but don't tell me you're going to give 1 yr warranty (or whatever) then expect the customer to have to continually call to follow up for a promise that was never kept.

Purchased my new E 350 from Danny. Such a professional guy. I am happy with my car. The service at Bay Auto is amazing and fast. I was able to pick up my car on the same day, so we didn’t have to drive back from London, ON. Cheers and thank you, Danny!

Sergei the salesman sold me a Range Rover with some issue.After I drove it home my engine service light came on and my heat is not working .Along with Boris the owner they lied about taking care of a problem. They are about to sell anything and pull a fast on Peyton make money .They are both dishonest people I don’t recommend anyone to make a deal with them

We went in not knowing exactly what car we wanted to buy, but Danny helped guide us into purchasing the perfect car for us.
