They say no hassle purchasing. I met Victor and he said George will take care of you. George gave me the key and said take a look for yourself and take it for a test drive. I picked it up one week later. I left the garage and 100km later ( I live over 3 hours away) a series of warning lights came on for ABS and tire pressure. The vehicle was still driving fine and tires were okay. I called and told George what happened. He was concerned and said bring it back and we will take of it. When I told him of distance difficulty I said my own mechanic can scan and check it out. It was scanned and a rear bearing was in need of repair. George said bring it in and we will give you a loaner while we get it repaired. Due to my own business commitments and time lines I could not do that. George checked with Victor and they sent the money to me to cover the repair with my mechanic, no hassle. My experience was that this was indeed a no hassle honourable company to deal with.

Had a great experience dealing with Platinum Cars. They really go above and beyond other dealerships. The owner Shawn in very involved and truly cares about customer service. Will def come back for next car.

Just bought a 2018 Mazda 3 from this dealership. Dave was a delight to deal with. He made the entire process a breeze. After dealing with multiple other Mazda dealerships, Dave was able to provide the best price. He was courteous, knowledgable and polite. At no point did he use any sort of pressure sales tactics. He let the car sell itself and was there to answer all of my questions. I cannot provide any information with regards to the vehicle service department, but the sales department was great.
