Car Dealership

Recently traded my Genesis Coupe off on something more practical for myself. I worked closely with Brad and we were able to find a Toyota Rav4 that was going to work out perfectly for me. Had me in the Rav4 as quickly as possible. It was a great experience and I would highly suggest giving them a shot. Also the coffee is pretty good as well.

Totally prompt. Extra friendly. Impeccable service. Dylan and Cole didn't mansplain things to me and I felt very satisfied leaving the shop.

My husband and I had put down a despot down on a brand new fifth wheel trailer. We had been dealing with the manage of go uncle Bens in Red Deer. The day my husband was going to finalize everything the manage called him informing him that the trailer was sold. We had an agreement and they broke it. They weren’t apologetic and only stated they could bring in another one but would take over a month. They are very untrustworthy and unprofessional. We will not deal with them in the future nor will we recommend them to anyone.

Recently purchased a new snowmobile trailer through the dealership. There were some issues that arose no fault to the dealer, but we were able to work together to resolve them quickly and efficiently. Overall was a good experience.

Great place and great service

Awesome service in all departments! The parts people are always quick to find what we are looking for and are very helpful!

Cory Schmucker has no idea what he is doing. He sold my daughters a car that needed work, kept it forever, and never actually fixed anything. He told us that he was going to give us an invoice to show the work that was done by either himself or a third party...the third party never saw the car or him and he has refused to give us the invoice...likely because no repairs were ever completed and so my kids are driving an unsafe car. He deflects all attempts to contact him, and if he does respond it is to say that his mom couldn't drive to Edmonton to get a part, or his mechanic was sick, then quit...took 2 weeks to get a new mechanic, he got married, so couldn't conduct business while marrying, oh and his shop was broken into so he couldn't fix a car then....but in his words, "no excuses". He's just proud of the 30 vehicles he has on his lot, nevermind the customers who are being swindled. He needs to be educated on how to operate a business, anyone can buy 30 cars. He deletes all negative reviews to his company facebook account and is unwilling to respond or act on any of his promises. If you look on that account, all positive reviews are from his facebook friends...padding his own rating. He is a despicable business owner and who should not be allowed to operate. Below is his 4th or 5th ridiculous message...Full of grammatical errors and false talk. He has not followed through on anything, but thinks that deleting people from his account will solve all of his problems. I can't believe that he has been allowed to operate a business. Shame!

Service department is great. They are friendly, help right away and communicate any issues they find. I’ve gone to many different dealerships with different vehicle brands and I am extremely happy with the service I recived.

Cam Clark Ford Red Deer is always a pleasure to deal with. Everyone is very friendly and it is a no pressure atmosphere that I really appreciate. They always do their best to accommodate my needs and wants in a vehicle. Thank you to Jeff, Sarah and Dan for making my experience a pleasant one, as always!

As a former employee for over 8 years, Mac James Motors was a great place to work for. From detailing cars to working directly with customers it was always good to see how much we could help them. Management and co-workers all strive to make your experience the best from day one.

Nice selection of vehicles, really nice salesmen, just had to say this about my visit even though I didn't buy the car I was going to buy. Just a good experience all around. No pressure. Thanks guys and cheers!

Recently bought a car from Emelia. She was excellent to deal with and would buy from her again!

Legitimate dont hesitate to do business with this....
