Car Dealership

Really bad experience tried to rip me off for two new keys to a pcm reprogram I go pay them 460 bucks go out to my truck start it original keys. I go back in next day they say oops we could reprogram your originals reimburse me 90 bucks still charged me for cutting the new ones I never got them I asked for a diagnostic 5 hours later sluffed me off till the end of the day. Still waiting. Selling our companies Ford stuff in the Auction switching to Dodge.

We dealt with Paul, Shawn and Ryan at Heartland and really had an incredible experience. They found solutions to get us into a vehicle that we wanted and a payment plan to fit our budget. I would recommend Heartland to anyone looking for a vehicle. Thanks you guys for treating us so well.

Awesome experience at city ford! I 100% recommend Mo Denny at city ford he was extremely patient, helpful, and not pushy throughout the entire time it took me to make a decision on a car! Steve was also a huge help when it came to picking cars! City ford is a great dealership and I would go here again to buy my next vehicle.

Awesome great service

Dale is a super guy with great service

My family has been going here for a couple of decades from previous owner to new they are always helpful and don't do any unnecessary work and will always let you know if there's something to keep an eye on.

Good selection. High prices

Excellent Service. Friendly sales & finance team. Helped me purchase my bike & walk out with it the same day. Will definitely recommend to others.

Had 4850 $$$ cash in my pocket. Looked at 2007 f350 truck. The person I talked to about truck said he did not know if it EVEN would run. Was very rude. I guess must have been my long hair.!! Would not recommend that you SHOP THERE!!!!!

Great experience! I was able to sit down and explain exactly what I was looking for. Shortly after that I signed some papers and was the proud new owner of an awesome jeep! There was no hassle and it was a very quick and painless process! 5 stars, I would defiantly recommend!

My parents were out visiting and were having trouble with their RV, we were able to get it into them the next day, the operations manager took care of them personally, going over their list and getting everything done in record time. Would give 10 Stars if the option was available. Thanks so much for taking care of them

Excellent service!! This "Muffler" shop is actually a full service mechanic and they do everything mechanical for my car and truck. oil change, tire service and replacements, engine repair issues. I get reliable quick service and at a fair cost.

Best place around for service or parts highly recommend

The service was great, they were able to take my vehicle in a timely manner, there staff was very friendly, waited in a very comfortable lounge while my vehicle was being repaired. The only issued I had was the GMC part I found to be very expensive, am sure this is not the repair/service shop issue as they have to follow parts charges, and it was required to get my vehicle on the road again.

While on a road trip my Escape broke down in Cold Lake, leaving me stranded and not in the best mood. Kevin and the team were supportive, professional and great communicators. Got me back on the road and made me feel like I was their priority. Thanks guys!

Great and prompt service with standard offers and pricing to keep competitiveness local.
