Car Dealership

Great speedy service thanks

Excellent service

We had trouble with our pickup. We had a horse and trailer attached. Everyone who works at this dealership are amazing. We didn't plan on staying and so we didn't have hay for our horse. They arranged to have hay brought to us and provided us with a vehicle to drive while our pickup is getting fixed. They have been amazing and helpful to us. I cannot thank them enough for all their assistance.

Chris is an amazing General Manager, goes over and above to take care of customers.

I needed some help diagnosing my Dodge four wheel drive issue. The foreman, Andrew gave me the best service I've received in a very long time and being a farmer, I'm constantly dealing with parts and service people. Not only did Andrew provide me with a printed diagnostic procedure leaflet, but he also game me the shop demo part to borrow just to make sure I didn't spend $500 on a part I didn't need. My business currently has four dodge trucks and as long as Andrew is one of the leaders of their service team, I'll always be returning for parts and service. Thank you Andrew!

Always polite and efficient. Willie B. Is the best!

service department was great. on time and helpful

June 2018 - Did it again! This time a Chrysler 300. Go in and see everyone at Drumheller Chrysler. They will treat you right! August 2017 - Dad's a proud new owner of a Jeep Compass. Great experience at the King of the Badlands. Go in and see James Cox, he will treat you right. Great overall buying experience at Drumheller Chrysler. Awesome staff. Let's do it again.

I came in for an oil change with no appointment. Cassie in the service department got me in with no troubles, was friendly and polite. Kale did the oil change very efficiently and Patrick gave my car a free wash. I would highly recommend their service.

I was walking around the lot just checking out cars, when I was approached by a friendly guy named James. He showed me around the used car lot and made me feel comfortable. I didn’t find anything that day, but James has kept in touch with me since, showing me cars that would be in my budget. I’m looking forward to dealing with him when I am fully ready to buy a new car. Thanks James for not making me feel pressured and for taking the time to really be able to meet my needs, listening and having my best interests in mind.

I went to Metro Ford a couple of weeks ago after getting the runaround from another dealership on what parts I needed and why. Metro Ford quickly assessed my vehicle, and were able to explain exactly what I needed and didn’t. Great service and great communication - gave me a ride to/from work and Holly was awesome to deal with. Thanks Metro Ford!

I recommend automaxx to any of my friends looking for a vehicle.
