Car Dealership

Purchased another pre-owned Acura in fall of 2018. Patrick was very helpful and professional as before. 5 stars again! Thanks for the great vehicles, dealership, and customer service! In July 2017, we purchased a 2015 Acura MDX. Our salesman was George, who was very helpful, professional, and pleasant to deal with. The sales manager, Patrick was excellent to deal with as well. Our experience with George and Patrick was very positive and I would definitely purchase from them in the future. Fair price for vehicle, terrific customer service, and a pleasure to deal with. 5 stars for George, Patrick, and Silverhill Acura.

John at House of Cars Chinook really exceeded my expectations! He is very easy to talk to and express any concerns you may have. He and the entire team worked very hard to get me in the vehicle I wanted and to secure the best interest rate. Thank you John for all your help! It was a real pleasure meeting you!

In my opinion and my dealings I have had in the last ten years of dealing with them have all been very good and even more so excellent to be very honest! If your in the market for a vehicle or even not satisfied with your current vehicle I would Highly recommend giving Joe or Frank a chance to make your car search a very positive experience to have. And I can assure you that they will treat you as if your a member of there own family's when you get there! I have gotten three vehicles for myself with Royal Auto thus far and about to get number four now. I have not a single doubt that I will be treated great my options will be excellent and the service will be none other then top notch for quality. So heads up Joe and Frank I'm heading down and looking for a newer SUV thinking about a Dodge Journey this time with the third row seating.

I was in today to get my winter tires on. They were great. The staff is very professional. Nice customer lounge.

Great people to deal with, I bought my second SUV Last week My first one was in 2015. I’m so happy with my car and the service I get every time. Marz and his team are always professional and helpful and made it easy for me..

Excellent place, fantastic people

Kulu was the best dealership that I have ever dealt with. They had the right cars, the right knowledge, and were extremely professional.

Honestly this is my favorite store! I love showing people how the Teslas work.

Fuji and the rest of the staff here were so helpful, kind, and welcoming. I never felt pressure from any staff to go with any decision; it was always left up to what I was comfortable with! Overall great experience for buying my first car!

Easiest experience of buying a car. Moe made everything go very smoothly. Very happy with their service and professionalism. Will buy again from them

Wooow these guys will rip u off , never ever buy car from them

I traded in my car with Josh. I had lots of negative equity from the previous dealership. They were able to help me into a new vehicle at a much lower interest rate! I can't explain how happy I am with the service and care they have provided me through this process!

Buying process was pretty smooth. Found out after I left the lot that they had replaced the truck box with one from a different model so the fuel filler doesn’t work also had no high beams and the visors fall out when you touch them. None of these should have passed the safety they included in the sale. They were also very happy to tell me they would call me and book a time to fix the problem but of coarse nothing. I do not recommend buying from this dealer.

From start to finish was a great experience. Very low pressure, super efficient, easy to negotiate comfortable environment. They delivered impeccably on the extras we worked into the deal. All during Christmas week with a tight deadline to get the vehicle and take it out of town. Jim, Doreen, Matt, thanks for making it such a great experience. I'll be back!

Their customer service is second to none!

Professional and friendly. What a welcoming and knowledgeable group.

Anna was extremely helpful and easy to work with. She listened to what we wanted and never tried to pressure us into something we didnt. We are very satisfied with our purchase and would happily recommend Honda West and Anna Calderon to anyone looking for a vehicle.

Super nice staff when I brought my Son in just to look at nice cars.
