Car Dealership

I have now bought my 3rd Explorer from Eric Adams who has been great to deal with, and I have had nothing but positive experiences in dealing with the team and Advantage Ford. I have had all of my servicing done at this dealership over the years and they have always been very accommodating. I have referred Eric to friends of mine and they have all indicated that they have had similar experiences.

Do not bring your car for service, we bring my wife car for a simple oil change and the service called me and told me there are other things needed to be fix and the cost is around $12,000. I asked them to do the oil change only and give me the lists of things needed to be done and we are going to think about it. Long story short about few days later I drove the Rolls Royce to my daughter wedding to BC. I went to the Vancouver Rolls Royce and asked them to check for everything needed to be done, I was shocked when the manager told me everything was okay with my car. We took the car to another certified mechanic in Calgary and was told exactly the same thing. The derleship in Calgary should be ashamed of themselves for doing this to their customers. From now on I am buying my cars from BC or US.

Everything was going okay until the salesman finished calculating the total price of the vehicle I was interested in. There it is...$795 documentation fee on top of the advertised price. I asked the salesman what that fee was, and he said that they add that to every vehicle they sell. That didn't even answer my question, and instantly set off a red flag. I believe all-in pricing is the law in Alberta. An AMVIC licensed dealership can only add GST and (if any) finance interest on top of the advertised price. That $795 documentation fee is clearly a scam! Secondly, what kind of documents are you guys filling out that cost $795? My lawyer didn't even charge me that much selling my house. If you guys want to make an extra $795 then include that in your advertised price. Very disappointed.

Very very shady dealer.

Stu and Val, the owner/operators this exceptional dealership are great people who care about their customer. Friendly and fair. I didn't think buying a used vehicle could be so painless.

The one thing that I remember about Capital Chevrolet. Is the staff goes above board for their customers and will resolve any issue that you have kudos to the staff and thank you for helping my family out and remaining open a little bit longer past the hours posted for my uncle get buy a new shelf Silverado as a result of this kudos to all staff

Lawrence went above and beyond to take care of my Truck. I came on the biggest snow day without an appointment and he totally accommodated me instantaneously took my truck in and provided me with a loaner for the duration of the work to be completed. When I first purchased the truck from this location there were major & multiple problems for the first three years. They have over time, since been rectified and through the great service of your staff it has kept my loyalty to this dealership. I love my tacoma - it is driving very smooth. thank you for everything Lawrence.

I will not buy again from Fish Creek Nissan I bought last year a 2020 car and since then I pay for all kind of repairs. It's a very bad deal, they supposed to check well the used cars before selling it.

A small business but very busy. The owner is very Accommodating and very willing to explain and answer any question I had. Envision will be the first place I look when shopping for another vehicle. I purchased a 2012 Z06 Corvette and car is immaculate. Thanks Envision and Shaun.

Had a great experience here purchasing a car. David and norm were very helpful with explaining my options for financing and warrantys. Will absolutely be recommending to friends.

Very knowledgeable staff. Friendly Reception and Salespeople. High quality product, better prices than comparable vehicles in the same class.

Mike was absolutely amazing! From start to finish my experience was top notch.

Absolutely the best experience I've ever had while purchasing a vehicle.

Calgary Auto Mall has lots of dealerships all located on a large circular road. Our experience with Maclin Ford was excellent

Bought a used Jeep beginning of November! Justin was fantastic- super helpful and responsive! Great team over there. When I needed a couple things looked at I appreciated them keeping their promise to look over my concerns!

First visit went great. Just an oil change but it was complete super fast and they charged less than expected. Can’t complain about that. Service tech was pleasant. FYI the Chrysler Pacifica is a wicked good vehicle.

Ads on kijiji about cars that they don’t have. So when you get to their place they can tell you that the car was just sold and lure you into buying other vehicles. #DirtyTactics

So happy with the customer service we recently received when my daughter purchased her car. We live 3 hrs away from Calgary when we had a unexpected expense do to a mechanical issue. Bakir & Sam went above expectations and help absorb some of the cost. We will definitely refer friends! Thanks!

Truly a great dealership with lots of great people who really believe in the brand and the dreams behind it. My first ever time going into Ferrari a guy named Scott Mcmonigle gave me a brief tour of the building and before I left he gave me a Ferrari keychain and a T shirt and said to keep working towards the dream! I feel every high end dealership needs more people like Scott because at the end of the day your not just selling a car your sharing a dream.
