I purchased a vehicle from Bayview in January 2018. Since I am from NW Ontario, at my request they held it for me for a month. I received a very positive experience from my first contact with them through to the point of driving off the lot in February. Both sales persons I contacted were welcoming and a joy to deal with. The car I purchased was pre-owned. I found a definite issue with it after my long trip home and sought repair from a local dealer. Bayview was made aware of the issue and my sales rep responded immediately. Bayview Auto did not hesitate to reimburse my cost for repair. This certainly speaks miles for Bayview Auto Sales. It made my trip from NW Ontario well worthwhile and I am very happy with my “new-to-me” car. I was extremely impressed with the service received from Bayview Auto sales representatives in making my purchase. Bayview will remain on my list should a future vehicle be required for myself and my family.

Tonight my car wouldn’t start due to a dead battery. After getting the battery boosted I went to London Honda to get the battery checked. Honda fit me in last minute and within 1 hour and 45 minutes I had the battery checked and a new one put in. I was pleased with the service and so relieved to have a Honda close by that is open so late (8pm). I understand now why my Dad doesn’t buy anything but a Honda!

called this dealership 5 times to speak with a service advisor, was put through to the same voicemail all 5 times , pretty sure they have more than 1 service advisor so i'm puzzled as to why I was put through to one that was off that day 5 times . Never going to call this place again the phone system they have doesn't seem to be the greatest. thanks Finch I will not see you first ever again

Debb was great to deal with. I previously left a poor review due to the terrible shuttle experiences I had there. I was pleased to be offered a cab this time around, which was covered by the dealership. Keep up the good service so I can keep coming back! :)

Was our first time getting a new car and they were absolutely amazing! Had our new car in two days! They answered every question and even got us set up with a guy to get us a second key made! We had a guy named Kyle help us and we would highly recommend this place and will return to get our second car for my husband down the road!

We have been to a few dealers and our best experience has been with South West Dodge! Chris was an amazing salesperson to deal with. Peter and Kelly were also very helpful and got us into our new vehicle! Thank you to everyone who helped us out at South West Dodge! We will be back again :)

Was in the other day to have a recall deep air on my f150, great service, they completed the repairs on schedule. Alex was very helpful and courteous. It would be a 5 star rating except the service desk area is small and slightly cramped when there is more than 3 customers.

Great a littler slower than normal but they were extremely busy

I was on the hunt for a new vehicle. I had been disappointed by a number of name brand dealerships overselling their vehicles over the phone only to be sadly disappointed when I actually saw the vehicles. Carmix told me exactly what they had on the lot, including blemishes. I travelled 3 hours to buy my vehicle sight unseen. Frank did not disappoint. The vehicle was exactly as Frank described. I left that day with my new MDX. I would highly recommend the staff at Carmix. Good to know their are still honest sales people in the car business.
