Fair and honest.

So some years back I stumbled upon a great looking superbee from a classic car dealer that boasts "southern cars" bought the car site unseen from their salesman that assured me the car was all it was in the pictures and description. After recieving that car and the money it took just to make it road worthy I vowed to not be such a fool and buy another car site unseen. I promised myself I'd never do that again. Fast forward and searching the last few years for the right Mopar E body led me to be constantly on the net every night looking for the right car that was not a trailer Queen that I would be afraid to drive , or a painted up action pig that would leave me on the side of the road more than it drove. Something I could be proud to own , wow the sunday cars and coffee crow, yet be sound and drive out without giving me the flat bed blues. And one night , bingo !!! There it was on Legendary motor car's website!! It had only been up on their site a few days for I always checked them out and admired their cars in inventory for I always observed a nice upper shelf collection , yes perhapes a bit more up in price , but as a car guy of many years , I could tell the quality at Legendary motors just seemed better, more cars gathered from private collections rather than back road body shops spinning out cars for the action fever crowds. A quick phone call lead me to salesman David Griffiths , I found David to be humble , personable and an all around good guy, not talking up the car or just telling me everything I wanted to hear to make a sale . I was unable to check the car out in person due to passport and here I was faced again with buying another car site unseen. David suggested a private car inspection guy in the area. I had the car evaluated by a very professional unbiased car guy that I felt was very fairly priced as well as very thorough making note of all the functions and quality of the car. I purchased the car site unseen!!! The transaction involving their accounting department was smooth and swift. The car was prepped before shipping and detailed nicely. They got one or their smaller shippers to bring the car down to NY in a timley manner. I was very very pleased by what rolled out of the enclosed carrier. I love my challenger RT!!!! I will tell you without any doubt this is a great place to do business. I would not hesitate to purchase another car seen or unseen from Legendary Motor Car. I was informed of Looloo Auto sales by a friend who purchased his car at looloo Auto Sales. I contacted them and spoke with Tony regarding the vehicle I was interested in. I cannot speak highly of the customer experience here at Looloo. Tony is very knowledgeable and made the purchase easy and stress free. If you want to get a good honest car you must come to looLoo Auto sales and ask for Tony as you will not be disappointed.

Everything seemed good but in reality it wasn't. I purchased a vehicle sight unseen and put my trust in the salesperson to be upfront and honest. I asked numerous times if EVERYTHING on the vehicle operates properly as it should. The answer given was YES. So I buy and pay in full for the vehicle. If i was advised things do not work properly I would not have purchased the car. When I get vehicle, the cd player does not work, the rear defogger does not work, and there is much more but won't get into Everything. The salesperson says to me after I complain there is no warranty on a cd player. He doesn't seem to understand he told me EVERYTHING works as it should, but it didn't. The vehicle is old but that is irrelevant because the salesperson confirmed EVERYTHING worked. Very misleading. The salesperson knew I was out if town and couldn't come see it. Bottom line this was a lesson learned and unfortunately won't trust again. They can respond and say anything, but this experience is 100%

I was very satisfied with the assistance I received throughout the process of buying my first vehicle at the Achilles Mazda dealership. Right from my initial phone call with Derek when I was just inquiring about mazda vehicles, Derek did a great job at sending me information about the vehicle I was interested in and respected my time, financial concerns and also showed an interest in helping me make an informed decision before purchasing my car, which I appreciated a lot. I also found it very helpful when all the costs were broken down to show me exactly what I would be paying bi-weekly including hidden bank fees. Finally, after purchasing my vehicle, Derek went above and beyond my expectations as he went over all the features of my vehicle with me and my family and helped me understand how they worked. Overall, I am very grateful that I was able to have such a positive experience as a first time buyer due to the help of both Derek and Tracy. I would highly recommend others to visit Achilles Mazda Milton if they are thinking of purchasing a new mazda vehicle!

The place was big! The person that helped me changed my tires realized that my carpets were dirty, so he helped me get 3 carpets without me having to pay! He said I should not worry and that he will take it out of his paycheck. I thanked him so much. I would recommend this place than any other Dealer Ship.

Simon and the team at Gorruds was great. We got our car really fast. Simon listened to us and treated us with respect. No pressure and he knows his stuff I would recommend them if you want to buy a used car.

I wish I could give them less than a 1. Long story short- don’t get warranties. My significant other purchased a vehicle here and they like to charge people for services they haven’t explained would have a cost. We brought the car in to get checked and was told to return a week later. We were never told we would be charged for anything. A week later when we returned and the car was serviced, final bill had an amount of $50 fee for the FIRST visit (all they did was hook up the car to a machine to let us know why the engine light was on) I prefer honesty and good customer service, especially if we have purchased from you. Go elsewhere if you are looking for reliability and an honest business.

Friendly service

Placed my car for sale under consignment with Steve. Car was sold in a couple of weeks on agreed priceand Steve was great to deal with and handled the transaction in a very professional manner.

Bought a truck elsewhere. I realized that I had to do some further research on new items on the Ram 1500 Eco-Diesel and how some options worked. The dealership could not give me those answers. 3 weeks later and I still not received specific answers to my questions, no completed arrangements, no agreements nor a specific truck with options I asked for. They tried to modify one truck that did not fit my requirements but could not get everything I wanted.... (NAV) I told them this was the age of instant answers and gave them a drop dead time of a further 49 hours. Did not hear from them. After looking online, I went to Milton Chrysler They had several trucks that had what I needed. Within minutes Joe narrowed it to one truck. All arrangement were completed in 2 hours. 2 days later the first dealership asked for a meeting and still did not have all the answers. They "would get back to me" Two weeks after I took delivery from Milton Chrysler, the other dealership called me, multiple times to not only state they would agree to my terms but now would also drop another $500. I told them I was in Florida driving a new truck. At Milton Chrysler (Joe knows his stuff but several other people, also at different times offered help, or offered to help... Very nice!) they work to get you taken care of. The selection is good. The service is good. I would give 5 stars, but figure they may slack and now they will keep on their toes to continue to strive to do better. As some one in the service industry, I do recognize good customer service.

I have been taking my Jeep and Volvo there for the last 5 years. They are no nonsense and will work within my means. Sometimes they will suggest rebuilding parts or used parts and other times stress getting parts from manufacturer. It's the kind of old school shop that has gone by the wayside.I have called to get advice and dropped in and they have looked at it on the spot. He has made adjustments or minor repairs without even charging. Knowledgeable, trustworthy, great service and flexibility.

Great service team here. They get you in and out quickly and I would highly recommend them for all service needs. They know their stuff and are friendly and reliable.

As long as Mike Winter is working there I will not go there for any business.
