Car Dealership

Work performed was great. I was a little disappointed in the fact that when the appointment was booked I was told it was an hour long job; but, it was actually an all day job. I would have planned differently if I was given the correct information.

Best dealership around!

A1 Bubba-son

Good ATV rental, friendly staff

I was told repairs were going to be 400 to get the vehicle up to safety, the bill is now over 2000 and counting. Get your vehicle somewhere else.

Would of been a great experience if the car we wanted didnt end up having an issue with the timing chain than he couldnt help me much more as far as another van goes gave me a fair offer to buy outright also took a few hours for him to send my down payment back to me. Its Unfortunate but the guy is very reasonable and is willing to help you.

Great experience with Big Joe and Brad did quick / diagnosis on my heating drain of battery issue.

“It is easy to be a good dealer when everything looks good. The challenge is to be good while solving a problem”. I knew I was in good hands when I heard this from Andre, one of the managers at Georgetown Autopark. And it proved to be true: Andre and Eduardo proved to be excellent in solving my problem. I had bought a car with them, a big and beautiful Ford Escape. However, after two or three days driving it, I felt it was not good for me, due to some shoulder pain issues I have. I came back to them and asked to use the 7 days exchange guarantee. They not only received the car back, but also guided me through finding the right model for my specific problem. In the same day I left the place with a lovely Elantra, with an electric steering wheel which fit perfectly my needs. I am very grateful to them, for being honest, kind and very good professionals. I strongly recommend these guys if you want to have a good experience in buying a car.

Bought a car from Georgetown Kia Superstore a couple of weeks ago. Sandy helped me get the car I wanted. She went above and beyond. Such great customer service. She was always quick to respond and answered my millions of questions thoughtfully.

Our experience at Georgetown Honda was the best experience we had purchasing our Honda CRV. Our sales person was Bryan he is greatest, very professional and knowledgeable. He didn't pressure us when making our purchase. We highly recommend Georgetown honda and definitely recommend Bryan as a sales person to go to..

The best dealership been to. Richard was so helpful, professional and honest salesman that not only he get me the best deal also gave me the best advice in order to choose the right vehicle and package... Extremely happy !!!!

Excellent customer care. When a vehicle that I had hoped to purchase proved difficult to emission test, rather than let the deal fall through and send me home unhappy the staff worked to put me into a newer, better vehicle at almost the exact same cost by selling it to me at their dealer cost. Additionally when the new vehicle had a few niggling issues after the sale they were quick to have me bring it back in and repair all of the issues. Highly recommend.

I recently purchased a 2012 Grand Dodge Caravan SXT. The service there was great and very quick. Dinesh and his hospitality was highly appreciated. He is a man of his word and most importantly he takes what you need and want and helps you to get into a vehicle. If you want a car he is the man to see.

I would not recommend One Price Auto to anyone due to the lack of poor customer Service and no respect for after someone has bought the car with Extra Warranty- More than one problem went wrong with the car I bought they did not give good communication with the customer when I needed to bring back the car to fix under warranty, they do not call you back or return calls when messages were left regarding fixing the car.
