Choose another dealer for repairs we were not treated nicely at all

Worst experience in a dealership ever. Took man appointment but had to wait an hour for the car to be brought from other location - not having to deal with this was the whole point of the appointment -, car was VERY dirty with trash under the seats, lots of rust on it, and to top it all I’m offered a third less for my trade-in than the average price I got from other dealerships. This is presented as “good news”. I made the argument and 30 sec later I was offered the same. Really tried to reap me off.
