Scam! A person called Patrick confirmed the price for a 2014 Tiguan at $14785.00 due to they wrongly listes the price of this car as high performance instead of Comfort. We drove all the way from Montreal, Patrick was not there, we spoke to Eric, he talked to the owner of thoa dealership, he refused to offer the price that Patrick confirmed even we have the email confirmation. Instead, he offered only few hundred rebais which is over $2000.00 then Patrick confirmed. This is a fraud dealership! And i am not abusing the employee, it is not the employees problem, was the miscommunication between the emplyees and owner, and the owner refused to offer what the employee confirmed. And i have to emphasize that i was not abusing anyone because i didnt get what i want, it was the dealership refused to accept what their employee confirmed even we have the black and white conversation, they said the one who confirmed the price is not the salesman so they couldn't offer what was confirmed. Lastly, we wont come again to waste our time!

When they were selling the car they seemed nice and caring. As soon as I found out the car they sold me to drive for hounders of km wasn’t safe and it doesn’t pass the safety inspection; they completely ignored me and didn’t answer my emails. The car was so unsafe that the other vw dealerships couldn’t belive I bought my car from a vw dealership! I’m very disappointed and would not recommend them.

Do not buy used cars from this dealer. Will no honor any of the promises made to get the sale, and then will hope you forget about it.

The staff was very welcoming and in particular Nick Agelopoulos was extremely, professional, helpful and patient in helping me decide which vehicle to either purchase or lease. He went through all my options and took the time to find the perfect fit for me and my budget. Real 5 star service. My boyfriend just bought a 2005 Chevy Colorado from Don and the rest of the gang at Cobb Auto.
