This review is for the David Berube salesman, at Pointe Aux Trembles location. This salesman spent a great deal of time with me, visited the dealership, and made it happen. Hardworking, patient yet persistent, personable and courteous. If you are looking for a used car, I highly recommend Mr David Berube. This was the 3rd dealership I went to in two weeks time, I almost gave up on getting a newer car than I had, the experience was so draining, I figured it was best to just keep my old car and wait another year. I found good ratings from APA on Google for Albi, thus my decision to make a visit. By that time I was so tired of the process. But David Berube was enthusiastic and worked his but off to get me in the exact vehicle I wanted, and he did it all in 1 day, I drove home the same night in my new vehicle, this guy will not let you down. Bravo David Berube! You delivered, no more stress for me to car shop! 19/09/2018 Unfortunately I will be editing this review very soon, as I have a major problem and I have been waiting since 27 August 2018 for a return phone call and resolution of a matter soon to be made public if it is not taken care of.

Équipe au service fiable. J'ai dû changer la batterie d'une génératrice. Ils ont trouvé le moyen de me faire payer moins cher que la batterie d'origine, en la trouvant chez un commerçant local. Vendeur juste et honnête, en plus d'être fort sympathique.

Service department was excellent. On time for my appointment. Evaluated the problem, resolved it and I left with a comfortable feeling I have a reliable place to take care of future problems. I had lost one of my keys and my remote start did not work.
