We took our Land Rover/Range Rover here for a complete detail of the inside on October 23rd. We dropped it off at 9am and picked it up just before they closed. When picking it up they went over a list of things they couldn't quite get clean, and "imperfections" of the vehicle. Weirdly... One of them was "bubbling tint on drivers side", which I had never noticed before, and figured it must have been so small that it was nothing to worry about. So my wife jumped in it, and I in our other vehicle and headed home (approx 40 mins away). She beat me there and was standing outside the Range Rover to show me this so called "bubbling" they had informed us of. It was a huge 4 inch by 7 inch section of the top drivers window Something you couldn't miss if you tried. Something I knew was not there when we dropped the vehicle off. So we went inside and checked out pictures we had taken of the vehicle in the past 2 weeks. As clear as can be there is no "bubbling" in any of them. So I called them the next morning to ask what happened with this, and the lady who answered told me that it was "definitely there when the vehicle pulled into their shop". I disagreed with her, told her I had proof it wasn't, and she just kept insisting I was wrong. I guess pictures are no longer evidence. I'll never take another vehicle here, and I would suggest to all others to follow suit. Pay the extra $20 and take it to a reliable place that does both a pre and post inspection with you. It's cost us way more $ for tint repairs.

This is a great place to go they will make sure your car is running smooth I went in for a oil change n instead of just taking my money they actually cared and I got a free car wash !!! Awesome because I need one 😂😂

Excellent staff and knowledge about all makes of cars, Kia and otherwise. Widely regarded as the best place in the city to trade in a vehicle, they give highly attractive trade in values. Service department is great, and Kent Jackson has really improved the vehicle service experience. I bought a car there and definitely would again.

Great place for used vehicles!

House of Cars Medicine Hat are amazing to deal with! I have been lucky to have met Jennifer last year where she helped me get out of a bad situation financially and get me and the kids into something more reliable and practical! This year I was able to trade it in for something even better!! Very happy with her service and the whole atmosphere when you first walk in is the best energy! Cheap good used car

This place is run very well land customer service is Paramount. Ivan and his team were very helpful and extremely friendly. They asked questions and genuinely were out to find a bike that I liked and wanted. Will return even if it's just for the friendly, "Cheers-like" atmosphere.

Butch is some kind of mechanical genius. I happened to be passing through on a 36C day and my bike started leaking oil. He was the only place open on a Sunday and even though Hondas aren’t his wheelhouse he took a look for me. He immediately familiarized himself and solved the problem within 30 mins. I can only imagine his competence with custom builds is even greater. His own custom ride is a work of art.
