It is not about the cars, it is about the customer service they provided. Two stars for sales rep Jeanette, if you really need to purchase a Mazda vehicle from this dealership, go to her, she always answered my calls /emails and provided a top-level professional customer service. I have nothing but negative experiences with the other managers, especially one of their financial managers George, do whatever you can to avoid him, who is always "too busy to return/pick up your calls" . It was extremely frustrating dealing with him, sometimes when the customer gives you a call, they just require an simple answer, this is the basic principle, show respect to your customers, and he failed to do that.

I was actually planning to get a car early next year but had to buy now as the price was unbeatable compared to other dealerships. I highly recommend Alex Park. He was extremely friendly and responsible enough to give me a follow up call the next day I picked up my car. 5stars for a very smooth transaction.

It is said to attain advanved skills one must master the basics. So simple tasks done well or poorly are usually a good indcator of the business' attention to quality and service. I have lengthy experience with Downtown and Richmond Hill and both have been very disappointing - so came into Woodchester for the first time with reservation but was pleasantly surprised. Had a simple issue with a wiper blade. Not only did the rep take the time to list the options to resolve the issue he actually came out and walked me through issue. Usually service managers will default to the most expensive resolution or avoid you if they think its too much work to resolve. Quite surpised with how personable and helpful the parts guys were (in comparison to other parts guys - not sales). Definitley the level of customer service one expects from an Infinity compared to a Nissan level.

This review is hard because some things were great others a disappointment. PRO 1.Angela was great! She came in on her day off to help us. Very nice woman. 2.the fellow setting up the car was great help and answered our questions CON 1 Once home I noticed that the Used Vehicle Info Package (which is legally supposed to be provided) was not given to us. I called, texted 4 times being told to talk to someone else. STILL NO PACKAGE. I AM WONDERING WHAT THEY ARE HIDING 2.Before going to Brampton to see the car we were told it could be delivered, to save us having to travel back there. After we purchased it, we were told they don't do that and we have to come back to pick up. 3.I wanted to know how to use my phone GPS and see it on the display THIS IS NOT POSSIBLE an app ENFORM is needed but was discontinued in 2023 so the screen can't be used for Navigation ( IWAS NOT INFORMED) 4.I was told I could subscribe to have auto start enabled (for a fee) NOT POSSIBLE again app doesn't not functIon

Amazing experience. Applewood really treats you well from the second you arrive until you leave. Lots of staff on hand to check you in , lots of complimentary snacks and drinks (including a free breakfast during the Christmas season I suppose),quickly performed service (oil change plus complimentary tire rotation...yes additional free services) were done in 30 minutes. The service advisor offered free advice as well and people genuinely enjoyed their jobs it seemed. Friendly staff and top notch service, 5 stars all the way. When my XT5 lease is up I wouldn’t consider anyone else.
