Car Dealership

I went to the dealership with a certain make and model car in mind. The sales agent had the model, but not the level, LTD as opposed to the base model, I wanted. He was able to get the LTD delivered to the lot the next day. When the car arrived the next day, there were a few minor cosmetic problems. Although we had already signed our vehicle over to the dealership, we were allowed drive our trade-in to lunch while the cosmetic deficiencies were corrected. I have already recommended this dealership to co-workers.

Great experience. I love him

Highly recommend buying from Mark and Shauna. They are open and honest about the vehicle. They explain everything in the paperwork and if you don't understand something, they will go back over it until you do. I had the best experience and will recommend Onyx Auto Sales to everyone.

I have gone to this place for buying and servicing my cars for years. Went in today because my tire pressure was low due to the cold weather. Without an appointment, they filled my tires, gave me a cup of coffee and a cookie and even washed my car. All within 20 minutes and for free. Awesome service for a long-time customer. It's part of why I always buy a Hyundai and service my car at Gateway Hyundai.

Great experience! Easiest car purchase I’ve had thanks to the casual and easy going set up. Mitch was awesome! The days of 3+hour, haggling, and frustrating days of buying a car are over thanks to Kentson Car Company. I was out of there with a new car in 30 minutes. They’ve managed to bring car buying to another level and have my business moving forward.

I was inquiring about a vehicle they had for sale. I did not end up buying the SUV I was looking at, but I appreciated the service I received there. Rick and Moshen were great to work with and very helpful and honest. I would recommend highly due to their showing of integrity, not just wanting to make the sale.

Cody and the boys really helped a guy out. They got me out of my old Jeep Compass. And into a big newer Toyota Tundra. Which for a cable guy is a dream come true. Cody is a good man for dealing with me and other family members. Thanks again guys!!!

Traded in my first car here and was hooked up with a 2017!! People were awesome! Ended up not being able to get it financed and had to bring the car back but they were really cool about it. They apologized it didn’t work out and asked for me to come back when I was in a better place. Shout out to Edin for helping throughout the whole process! Definitely recommend these guys!

I really enjoy visiting with Donovan when I get the oil changed in my car. Mariel the service coordinator, is really sweet too! I really enjoy seeing Onery and Trouble - that's their new names! I also appreciate the free car wash. Thanks guys🚗☺

**UPDATE** I previously gave a 3-Star rating. I am currently updating my prior review based on the additional care and concern extended by Tom Pitts. There were additional issues that transpired after my previous review that were quickly resolved with a quick resolution. Butler Kia is truly concerned about taking care of their customers. If you are unhappy they will make it right! This would have been 5 star, but I am deeply disappointed with my last visit for an oil change and minor repair. Service seemed to go fine and I jumped in my car and left. This morning as I was getting in, I noticed a big greasy footprint on the passenger side carpet and on the threshold. I had just cleaned all of the carpets the day before and had no passengers. This was very unprofessional. They have always laid paper mats in the past. I'm not sure this thick, black grease will even come off. I will be calling on Monday when service department opens back up.

The best auto body shop in Crossfield and surrounding area!

Second vehicle from Family Auto. Worth the drive to Carstairs.

Needed an oil change. They fit us right in . Friendly good service and good price.

I had a wonderful experience buying my first brand-new vehicle here. Ryan was "my guy" and he was just fantastic to work with. I felt respected, heard, valued, and not rushed. Everyone I dealt with was friendly, fun, knowledgeable, and passionate. I am in love with my new Outlander! Thank you for making this such an enjoyable experience. I would recommend this dealership to anyone!

Best help and service you'll ever get speak to Pete what a great man

Small shop with great service

Amazing! Was travelling from Calgary to Nelson to visit family and my Jeep began to lose power and shake, check engine light flashing 30kms outside of Blairmore. Luckily I rolled into Integra and they were able to fit me in to not only diagnose the problem, but fix it within 2 hours! Thank you to all the amazing staff, manager Rob, and Tucker - the cute shop pup! You guys made a stressful situation so much more bearable.
