No customer service or ethics whatsoever. These guys sold us a RAV4, their safety inspector passed it, my mechanic said 'no way'. We gave Robot and his inspector another chance to rectify the situation - they hoisted our car up and kicked us out of the shop while insisting nothing is wrong with the vehicle. The entire underside is rusted out. We had to call the police to get our car back...absolutely disgusting behaviour. Robot blames his inspector, but is doing NOTHING to help us. In the meanwhile, MTO has pulled the car off the road and said that is wasn't even worth repairing so now we have a useless hunk of metal in our driveway. In 11 days, I've contacted Eddie 8 times and no response. They lie and pretend that they are honest people and care about family - these guys are a piece of work. We've now had to call in OMVIC to help us resolve this - STAY AWAY.
