Car Dealership

Stone cold Honda experts.

What a pleasant and positive experience! We recently bought a used car from Cochrane Nissan and dealt with Ricardo and John. While visiting a car dealership can be nerve wracking and annoying - all the up selling - you won't experience anything but good things at Cochrane Nissan! While the vehicle we bought was a very low price point - we were treated like royalty throughout the whole process. John set our minds at rest very quickly and he was professional, kind and funny throughout. Both my daughter and I would highly recommend you visit Cochrane Nissan for any vehicle purchase - you won't be disappointed! Thank you John, Ricardo and Vince for being who you are!

Great service and prices on parts...thanks Mark!

Pleasant place and staff. Pretty decent deals for small town.

VERY friendly! ...and accommodating. Great service. I will definitely be back. Thx, guys :)

Have dealt with this business for several years and the customer service in the last 10 months has improved tenfold. Recently had needed a out of warranty repair to our equipment. Candice, Raylynn and Deidre handled the concern professionally and expediently.

Answered all my questions and helped me find exactly what I wanted. Great staff and top notch knowledge! Thanks Lethal Motorsports

Jay C. was honest and went above my expectations. The car buying experience was a true one with out the bs.

Do not buy from here! Was sold a used vehicle that had a faulty suspension system and was not street legal. Vehicle broke down after 20 days! Nearly wrecked on an icy road at night due to the major wobble of the front left tire. Needed a reliable 4x4, because I live in the country in northern MT. Even bought the extended warranty, which is a joke. Due to Lithia not using the new system of the warranty company, the contract I bought cannot be located and was told the repairs needed are not covered. Been without a vehicle for over a month now. As a new teacher working in an underserved school district far from the dealership, I cannot afford the needed repairs, towing back to the dealership nor do I have time to chase down the sales manager that asked me to stay late and be “flexible” on buying from them since the engine light came on during the test drive of a vehicle I originally came to see.

Great place to shop for tires

Great staff. I enjoy everytime I go in there. Service team is wonderful! Also really enjoy the sales staff. They are great to work with and no matter the time i come in they see me and remember who i am instantly. That's pretty dang impressive considering the amount of customers they see daily. Thanks for everything guys! (And stephanie of course!)

Service department makes as much of an effort to get you in as possible. Very accommodating. Parts dept is usually fully stocked, rarely do they not have the part I need. Shop rate is crazy high of you ask me but apparently that's the going rate at dealerships now.

The service department is just great and it’s a very comfortable place to wait for an oil change, better than the W-M down the street. Have a Pepsi from the fountain.

Do your research!! DO NOT BUY A SEINA!! They are known to have extensive computer, transmission and power train failures.

The Penticton Skaha Ford Dealership went the extra mile for me and my family. I am so amazed at the level of customer service here. Just a great team. I would recommend anyone to buy their vehicle here. A special shout out to Dallas, who really made the experience, next level! Professional, efficient, and knowledgable.

We bought a car today from Independent car sales, and the manager was very friendly and helpful. He wasn't pushy and gave us space to look around. When we asked questions he was able to answer them. He worked with us to give us the deal we were looking for. I would do business with these guys again.
