Car Dealership

Update Nov 23, 2018: a GM dealership said these guys never changed the air cabin filter since it was made, even after driving it across a province. This was starving the fan causing it to squeal. Plus there was an axle fluid leak! All this within 3 months of owning the car. They clearly don't do any proper inspections of their vehicles. I'm considering going to the BBB this is unacceptable. I went here for them to replace a tire I had punctured. They replaced it but the guys at the counter were rude and clearly annoyed by my concerns and evening arrival, which I had confirmed with them was ok. Turned out it was leaking from the valve stem that same day, but I know it wasn't before this. I told someone from the dealership who said it wasn't their problem. Now my tire can't hold pressure at all. Overall not very happy and I've helped friends get more functional vehicles from more reliable dealerships and they've had no issues with them. The air pressure sensor is messed up and so is the display - which lead to me driving on a flat as I checked the tire it indicated was flat and it was ok. Turns out it was a different tire. Also I was promised the car would be cleaned before I received it since it was used but it looked like someone took 5 minutes and half vacuumed it. Grease spots on the leather and the cupholders were full of crap. I will never recommend this place and save yourself some trouble by not going here either.

Great experience. Thanks to Mason who is so knowledgeable, and professional that help me finding the best deal of my dream car. Nice service. Thank you so much Mason and I will refer my friends and family.

Great service!! The guys were great getting us the deal we wanted. Would definitely recommend coming here to get your new Kia!!

Horrible company. They sold me and my brother rental cars without telling us, never got the reference money for sending them someone, didn't get the new tires were told were getting, now the car has a flat every few days plus their were dents all over the car when my brother got it. That's only a few things that went wrong. They know we live in Grande Prairie so they never call us back or answer our txt.

Bought myself a new car from this dealership. Luke was my representative and he did an awesome job presenting the facts. Stacy was also great to work with after the sale. Looking forward to my Free Car Washes!

I've been dealing with David Morris for the better part of a decade. The experience has always been top notch and their service department is second to none. With service managers like Christian, you'll be pleased that you chose David Morris and it could most likely be the reason why you buy your second vehicle from them.

great guys

I'd like to thank Auto max and especially Jade for all the effort in helping me get my vehicle. Jade went above and beyond on getting me approved and finding me the make, model, and even color I wanted. Even after the sale jade was there to see that all my needs met. She gives a new meaning to excellent customer service !! Tammy Johnston

James and his team are great down to earth folk. They are informative, thorough and professional and I highly recommend Spartan Trucks. They won't let you down.

Ali is very professional and excellent person. Very honest and crystal clear service. I went there for tire swap. The whole experience was awesome and will highly recommend for their honesty and customer centred service.

Test drove a fiat spider, this was fun, too bad budget didn't allow a purchase order, rent before fun toys :) staff was very knowledgeable about vehicles and had all answers I was looking for

Great staff, bend over backwards to help you out.

Shout out to Eric in the parts department. Eric was very knowledgeable and helpful, not only did he help us choose our tires he also arranged delivery to us in Fort St. John. Everyone who i spoke to on the phone was very polite and helpful i will be going back here when i need a new truck /jeep. We are always willing to travel for great service. Thanks Again!

I am a new customer to Dave Ross. My Dodge Journey was towed there because of an emergency in June 2016. It needed extensive work, some recalls were taken care of that I didn't even know about yet and a little warranty issue. They were FAST and efficient. Everything was done properly. I have had many cars in my life from many dealers. They took the best care of me and my vehicle that I have ever had. I will try hard to never deal anywhere else.

We had the best experience buying our first new truck ever. All the staff especially Dominique and John were very helpful!! Thank you all so much

I traveled from Prince George BC, to purchase a new jeep grand cherokee I saved almost 15,000 in total traveling here. I was given my requested amount on my trade and a great deal on my new jeep. They had everything done and ready for me when I got there, I was in the dealership for maybe 15 minutes. Paul G. In finance was superb to deal with and my salesman Jordan was to the point offered me the best deal first. I was so impressed will deffinently deal with them again.
