Nick called me in Manitoba and was looking to purchase a truck from our dealership for his customer. Nick was very professional and patient with us. Nick was easy to deal with. We were able to make a deal and look forward to doing business with him in the future.

So this place has a little thing going around fb as a ploy to get first nations people To buy through them. It's called first nation vehicle loans on fb It's made to seem that its geared to first nations only they never answer in the comments where they are from and don't list an address .. but if you click on the website which I did and go to contact info it states it's a division of azf auto. Which in my opinion is pretty shady and slick but typical. I wouldn't trust these people plus the car lot looks grubby

These guys were great at helping me into the truck I wanted all I did was explain to them what I wanted and needed and within 2 business days they had me approved and on the road if your looking for a name in particular ask for phil he’s your guy he went over and above for me I was a pretty picky guy and he was still able to get me the truck I wanted 👍🏽

Got the car I wanted and it was priced right. It was in excellent condition.

I bought a Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT from Northstar Hyundai back in September and can say the entire experience was flawless. The way purchasing a vehicle should be. They truly have a no-nonsense attitude towards selling you a vehicle. They get a deal done for you. The transaction was so quick and smooth. Thank you Northstar Hyundai!

I had a completely terrible experience with purchasing a brand new vehicle with SMP Saskatoon dealership. I bought the car in January, and being that it was the middle of winter and I live over 6 hours away, I paid an additional $600 to have it shipped. Once they received payment(CASH, not financed.) Any form of customer service disappeared. I was told one day shipping, and it took three weeks! for my vehicle to arrive. I understand that when using a third party shipping company, that sometimes things are out of others control. However, this is the shipping company the dealership chooses to deal with. I did not even have the option to set up alternate shipping with a company of my choosing.I was told I would be provided with a tracking number, this did not happen. I had arranged for a certain dealership here in the city for the car to be delivered to. Again, this did not happen. They shipped it to a different dealership. The problems just kept on from there... Once the vehicle arrived, there was scratches underneath the front middle skirt. I was told the car was sold as is!!! Since when is a BRAND NEW, not USED vehicle sold AS IS?! completely disgusted by the lack of costumer service and support from GM. I will definitely not be recommending this dealership to purchase vehicles from, as well as I will be very hesitant to purchase a GM vehicle in the future. Very unfortunate as my wife's family all own GM vehicles. lastly, when checking my spec sheet, I had noticed that there was a $500 engine cover option that was to be in my car. Guess what?! upon checking with my local dealership, what do we find? you guessed it, the $60 STOCK cover. Another phone call was made to SMP, and they did ship the $500 cover to me. Very shady SMP! I don’t have a good credit. Mr Phil was calling me and asked if I still need a car. I said yes but I’m sure I won’t be approved because of my credit situation. He told me not to be negative and I’d be surprised. Then I decided to try it again. The process was so fast. More than a week after getting my infos I got my Kia Forte LX 2018. When I was shopping for a car, this was the most helpful dealership I went to. I was looking for a used car with a manual transmission, but they were able to get me a 2018 Rio with a 6MT for almost the same price I was going to pay for a used Honda. The only thing I didn't like, was not being able to get an itemized invoice quote, but that was the same with every dealership I talked to

Over several months I looked at the German and Japanese built sport coupes. The Mercedes and BMW were the top choices after test-driving the vehicles. Working with Florin (Internet Sales Manager) at Mercedes-Benz Heritage Valley made the process much easier. Florin made sure we saw the exterior and interior colors, options needed and had us test-drive several vehicles to help us with the decision. With his knowledge of Mercedes/AMG vehicles that were available and the 2019 models specification we ordered a new 2019 C300 coupe. Florin stayed on the top of our order letting us know where it was in the process. His attention to detail, sense of humor, and no pressure approach made the whole purchasing process much more enjoyable. Anastasia in the finance department was very friendly and helpful explaining each of the steps as we went through the paper work process.

I recently purchased a very nice Chrysler 300 s from the sales staff at Elmwood car sales.I mentioned what type of car I wanted,they gave me a very mint car.The vehicle that I I choose was my favorite and they happened to have one on the lot.The car I picked up was for me,but I would bring my daughter in for her 1st vehicle.The staff were friendly and no hassles.I didnt feel pressured into buying. Only just got into the country to start my 2 year working VISA. You can imagine someone like me has limited money, buys a car that has no clutch, very unsafe to drive. Asked for my money back. They would not refund me. Insisted I go to AMVIC to complain. They have no care for their customers whatsoever. Manager says hes an honest person. An honest person would not sell you a car worth more than its repairs. Very upset. Not a good welcoming to Canada. A place like this should not be able to continue business. Please read reviews before even considering going to this place.
