Car Dealership

UPDATE: Rick has paid us in full. I'm with a transport company that has hauled various cars to their dealership. We have tried for 1 1/2 years to get paid the 5,000 they owe us. These guys don't pay their bills, which just reflects negative business practices. Why would you buy a car at place that cannot manage their own finances?

My salesman tony vercillo was very knowledgeable about the vehicle gave me a head to toe run down of the truck. He did a hell of a job. Very pleased with everything he, and the rest of the staff did for me.

great place

Love my crew.

Helpful and knowledgeable

Great staff

We had an amazing experience here! We had some issues with our BMW just outside Cranbrook and had our car towed here as Trail was the closest place to service BMWs. We had nothing but excellent service. I called just before close and they told me just to leave it after hours and they would look at the next day. Despite a full day the owner came in and looked at it before they opened. By 8:00 the next morning he gave us a call and discussed the problem and had it out by that afternoon! Super knowledgable about BMWs and educated us on proper maintenance for our car. He texted the next day to make sure it ran okay and even went as far as to text us a recommendation for a garage in vancouver as we were moving to the city! Everyone in the office was super friendly! Would 100% recommend!

Knowledgeable with good prices

Love my Ford F150! Buying from Dan and his team is always a pleasure. Kelly went out of her way to give us the best service possible. Thanks AM Ford!

Jim and Laurie are excellent people to know and to work with. I highly recommend Jeld Auto.

Nice place

I was in to have a small vibration taken care of on my 2011 Tacoma. Ross and the crew in Service took care of it and found it with diligence and perfection! I am so happy with Nelson Toyota, I will always buy my vehicles there and suport this local business! Thanks so much!

Love the team here!! 😘😘. Besides being a Ram Girl ...this team always goes above and beyond for their service of all aspects.

Great atmosphere, good people! 😀

Cranbrook Hyundai service department is one the best. The staff is friendly , accommodating , and very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend their service department .

Excellent friendly service in taking us through buying a used vehicle. Staff were listening to out concerns and taking care to resolve issues.

The auto business that treats you like family. Great popcorn too!!!

Fantastic service and sales experience! I was coming from out of town to look at a used vehicle, and the sales staff, specifically Sales Manager Huy Nguyen, went well above and beyond! From the moment I reached out for details on the vehicle, Huy was incredibly helpful and quick to answer to all my questions. He made the process tremendously easy, even coming in on his day off to ensure that I could do a test drive. I never felt I was being 'sold' to but rather listened to, with Huy ensuring I got what I was looking for. I would highly recommend going through the team at Subaru of Cranbrook for your next vehicle purchase.
