Sales was very pushy. The environment inside the sales is nauseating; non-stop high energy music. The waiting area is abysmal - no where to plug my laptop in, very cramped and old sludgy coffee. The location is not within walking distance of anywhere worthwhile. The online hold is obnoxious. IMO this dealership belongs in the rust belt. Service department was pretty good - no complaints with them at all.

Honda treats its customers is totally true and not just a saying. Had a great experience there. Everyone I dealt with took great care of me. No aggressive or pressure sales here. Besides getting a new car I love. Highly recommend them.

One star for a company that is desperate enough to have their employees write a 5 star review as a customer. Shame on you!
