I was very pleased to come into the service area to be immediately met by Service Manager. The SM started to immediately process my car. My expectation was I would be leaving my car and picking it up at the end day. The SM explained that they would do the intended recall service within 30 minutes and he encouraged me to wait. While I sat in the very comfortable waiting area I was treated to coffee and cookies. What could be better? The work was completed in 30 mins and I was on my way. That's what made it better. Thanks to the SM and team.

Sent an email twice (on two different days) to ask a question about a van I was interested in, no one bothered to reply. Guess they don't need any sales. Not great customer service.

We have used Tri Truck for years. It is super reassuring to have our vehicle in there hands. Never out of service longer then necessary. The put in the hours to get us back on the road. Fantastic service!

He went the extra mile in little ways to make me feel like I was making a good choice buying from this dealership. They have a lot of vehicles to choose from. Definitely worth a look.

I just bought a 2019 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk from this dealership and I am BEYOND IMPRESSED and also IN LOVE with this vehicle. The service I received was impeccable! As soon as I stepped foot through the doors I was warmly greeted by multiple sales reps as well as their secretary and manager. I was so happy to have been lead by SHELBY JOHNSTON who did an amazing job helping me find the vehicle that was best suited for me! She really took the time to sit down with me and explore all of the options, packages and necessities that I was looking for in a vehicle. Not only did we work together to find a car that was custom to my personal preferences, but also one that worked within my budget. Myself being a student, she was very understanding of the value I held when it came to budget and worked with me to find something that I would absolutely love, without having to compromise on budget. In addition, I had the opportunity to test drive multiple vehicles to get a feel for the various options available. All of them were excellent vehicles to drive, which made the decision even harder. But in the end I came home with the Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk, which I know will be perfect for my outdoorsy lifestyle! Overall I am very grateful to have had such an enjoyable experience searching for and purchasing my first vehicle. And it’s thanks to the extremely friendly and generous staff at Jeep Dodge Ram Chrysler in Barrie. They are all extremely down to earth and went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and supported in my vehicle search. I've had great shopping experience at Canada's Motor Place, staff is friendly and attentive, transaction was easy and seamless. i would highly recommend Canada's Motor Place to anybody who's on the market for a great condition used car.

Went car shopping with my girlfriend who found a couple cars here that would fit with what we were looking for and when we got there we couldn't even get into there lot there was so much snow. It seemed that they dug out everything but there entrance first it was still early so we looked at a few other cars and then came back a few hours later and the entrance still wasn't cleared. So with we decided to try again the next day so we called and booked test drives for 11 the next morning and when we arrived at 11 nobody was there so we waited ten minutes still nobody showed up even though their hours of operation said they should be open. Didn't even call us to try and book another time. Just generally unimpressed with them.

Was good for parts for older vehicles but it is now closed new owners and no longer a wreckers we will miss them
